Had an issue with my tires on my Ram truck. Went to D&D Tire and they were able to call Goodyear and get an adjustment on my tires for purchase of new ones.
Zack was very helpful and provided great service and even helped fill out the rebate paper work. Will surely use them again for my automotive needs.

Do you know how rare it is to give any auto shop 5 stars? I would have no qualms about referring my friends and family here. There were no pushy up-​sales or surprises. My tires had a manufacturer rebate for which they filled out all paperwork and even the envelope. These are good people doing their jobs honestly and well.

I came in to get an alignment and they said it would take up to an hour. It’s been 2 now. However, they got the job done along within oil change for $ 91. Can’t complain, except for that my car is not drifting to the right, my car is now drifting very slightly to the left. Oh well…

There is a lot to be said for plain good ol’ fashioned customer service!
I purchased my Goodyear tires from the Littleon store about 3 years ago and they were still under warranty. Unfortunately, that store was a victim of our current economic environment and went under. I was told by 3 other Goodyear stores that because they could not look up my information (each store is independent) they could not honor the warranty and thus would have to charge me for my needed tire repair. However, the folks at the Parker store stepped up and believed that I was speaking the truth and repaired my tire under said warranty.
