I’ve had a lot of problems. They drop hourly — very hard to maintain a VPN connection. Their speed is generally lower than what I’m paying for — even when I use their special speed test located on their web site — wink wink. Worst thing, as I became frustrated with them and lost my manners, the owner asked if I was always grumpy when I don’t get my way. I don’t think that expecting them to provide the service I’m paying for should be equated with not getting my way. That’s just plain bad customer service — actually kind of unbelievable. Go with Aerux or Rise Broadband. I’m using Aerux and not having the same issues.

I want to like and support them, but our service is just plane slow! For years I have been told that they are upgrading there towers and will hit 12Meg, I have lost hope and trust, now they have increased the monthly fees because of the upgrades that still haven’t happened in my area. I have days when I only get 1 or 2Meg speeds, and I am paying for 6 to 12Meg. When I ask for help they say it isn’t there problem. One problem they kept happening and after six months and then they came out and said, oh sorry you had a cable that was recalled and fixed it, but I had six months of bad internet. So at this time I think two stars is generous. I should say that the people are nice(that is why it isn’t one star), but the service and keeping up with technology, well not so much.
