Had a very bad experience at the S. Parker location of Edible arrangements. I place an order… And for what ever reasons it was never delivered. I called and talked to the manager Sheryl. I was Trying to understand what had happened with my order and after 2 weeks that I had placed it. Sheryl was rude, raised her voice and she has none customer service manners. I know there was a problem with my order, but she has no right to be rude. I was just asking her what had happened and it all started there. Too bad for this Edible arrangement location.

Ordered a large apple blossom arrangement for my daughter’s sweet 16. It didn’t come in the yellow container we had selected and many of strawberries had brown spots on them. The arrangement did not look nearly as pretty as the picture online. All the chocolate Apple slices were bunched up at the top. Not sure that I would order again.

Fantastic Customer Service I ordered an arrangement for one of our associates last week, EA delivered it that same day. Well as it turns out, there was a huge hail storm in Parker that afternoon and because I had requested it be left on the porch it was basically shredded! I just spoke to Jessica the store manager and she very graciously offered to replace it, even though it isn’t their policy or responsibility to do so. Kudo’s to Edible Arrangements store # 503 and Jessica for providing fantastic customer service!

I ordered an edible arrangement for my father as a get well soon gift after his surgery. Of course, I procrastinated and ordered the day before. I called the store and asked if they could deliver the arrangement at a certain time, so that he could have it before his surgery, and they rearranged their driver’s schedule so this would be possible. Ordering online was simple, and although prices are a little high, the product is worth it. Everyone who I have sent these to love them. I highly recommend ordering from here, for superior service and an excellent product.

Ordered an arrangement for pick up at the Parker location for my grandmother’s 70 birthday. I love this as a gift idea for those that are difficult to shop for, especially the elderly. Online ordering is a breeze, and the Parker location staff was friendly and helpful. They do not have pre made arrangements, but the turnaround for online ordering is as quick as 24 hours. My grandmother has called to thank me for this gift no less than 10 times, which she never does. What a big hit! On a side note, I also ordered an arrangement for my grandfather in Palo Alto, CA on Father’s Day, and he also thought it was the coolest gift ever!
