My favorite neighborhood spot for drinks and lunch… Low key, good place to hold a convo, good service & drinks…

This little neighborhood bar has a very good burger with fries for a little over 8 bucks. Also craft beer and lots of sports on the TV. I go for the burger. We are lacking a decent burger in this town and Hilltop Tap House has the best one that I know of.

Good beer but make sure if you are there on UfC night you will probably incur a fight fee. They took ours off since we had no idea there was a fee or even a fight on. Heads up

Really wanted to try this place after the change in management
My husband and I and another couple walked in separately.
We waited and waited saw 3 different wait staff look at us and keep walking No greeting no ask for drinks nothing…
The couple that came in with us left without getting help.
We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and then once the same ladies continued to walk by we then left.
What a disappointment.

Super friendly staff and very attentive to customers. Food is a little pricey but hey its parker but the place is clean and beer cold not crowded with young idiot frat house boys… my kind of place

Came here for a birthday lunch for my son after church. We sat out on their little patio since it was a gorgeous day. Our waitress was very prompt and attentive. The burgers are a little pricey but they were delicious and filling! The menu is on a little on the small side. Personally, I’d rather eat at a place with a small menu where everything is tasty and fresh than go to a place with a huge menu full of mediocre food choices. Everything the five of us ordered tasted really good. Didn’t get a chance to try their beers but it looks like a great selection of craft and domestics. Will come back with friends to try out their Happy Hour!

Not the best in Parker and the food is mediocre at best. But wow what high prices! The service was great however just not my favorite. Was really hoping the change in ownership would make it better, but it just was a fancy facelift with a new name.

So obviously all these comments are from wait staff. This place is a joke. Stopped in with friends to have a beer and food. The nachos must have come from 7 – 11, the burgers were leather at best, and the place was dead. After meeting the owner, who is a dapper version of Sammy the Bull Gravano, I soon learned why the crickets were chirpping in this so called bar. Parker deserves better…

Stopped in here after dinner. Immediately greeted with a warm welcome from Kris and the owner Bill. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, we will definitely be back.

Ever since I moved to the area in November, I’ve been big on using Unilocal on finding places to eat but I also work in the beverage industry where I call on retailers such as restaurants so I trust my coworkers advice when picking restaurants since they know where to eat and where not to (usually because of the cleanliness of the kitchen being the first reason NOT to eat somewhere). I went with a coworker for lunch here last week for my first time in Parker and not only is the kitchen clean (which honestly, after working in the industry my entire life… is more surprising than you would think… unfortunately) BUT the food is delicious. I had the chicken caesar wrap and he had the turkey melt. He was in the day before for lunch with his boss as well (shows how much he enjoys the menu) and said that he’s never had a bad meal there. The service was also good. If I lived in Parker I would definitely come in to watch sports because they have a good amount of TVs and I’m definitely a sports fan. I look forward to coming back!

Ive been here a couple times now since I live right up the street. I think the owner was in the first time I went in. and he turned the bruins game on for me as soon as I walked in the door :) That gets me! great customer service as soon as you walk in! Schucks! We went another night for a UFC fight, of corse we waited till last minute and there were no seats! BUT the bartender, very beautiful brunette made sure we got seats as soon as possible, and literally left the bar out to the dinning room to keep checking on us, maybe she was the owners wife? Or family related im not positive, but it seemed like she really cared about her service… Also a young blonde girl that has waited on us a couple times and she has always been such a cute server!
The food, where do I start. It is Ok its bar food obviously. but I feel like you could do more simple food that could taste so much better! I don’t think they make their ceaser or other dressings, but I guess you have to take into account how much food their actually pushing ect, but I feel as if they could better either way.

I enjoy the local beer and owner and staff really nice. Food good. Buffalo chicken wrap is my fav. It’s pretty dern good. Moscow Mules great!

Checked out Unilocal reviews before heading out. We then called ahead to see if the Nebraska game was on. We were told yes, although no sound, just music.
Personable welcoming waitress had to deliver disappointing news that game was not on their subscription only after our drinks were served. The reviews did tell us the food is average, beer overpriced at $ 6.
We moved on. This establishment needs more than a charming staff. Saturday college football and this place only had one group present. Looks like another inheritance bit the dust. Duke ‘s off Castle Pines Parkway — my go to — had it all. Sports, well managed, Good food and atmosphere. — that is what it is about. isn’t it?

Locally owned. I like the simple menu– I don’t need a bar trying to specialize in much more than burgers and fries. Which means I had a burger and fries– and it was tasty. The service was great and the TVs were nice; any game you wanted to see was on and could be viewed without trying too hard. The prices were reasonable. The owner said he’s been trying out open mic, live music, karaōke, etc. Stop by, say hi and support the local guy.

6.00 dollar craft beer drafts is too high. Lower to 5 and you might have more than 13 people on a Sunday football day.

Being a beer guy, I really wanted to like this place. The atmosphere is ok, but a little harsh with the concrete floors and hard surfaces everywhere. The TVs are nice and have a wide variety of sports showing.
The beers on tap are ok, but nothing special. Just the mainline Colorado beers. Definitely not what I would expect from a «tap house.»
And then there is the food. The quesadillas were very plain, but ok. The nachos were awful. Canned chili with canned cheese sauce… and that’s it. Thankfully we paid extra for fresh jalapeños…that was the only decent thing on the plate.
I’ll only plan on going back if I want to watch a game and have some drinks. And that’s not likely… there are better places for that.

I was really wanting to like this place since it is a couple of blocks from my home but no go. The Colorado cooler drink was good and then it went downhill. I ordered nachos the canned chili they threw on top was not what I was expecting. Them I ordered the The Hilltop a hamburger ordered it med well since they asked and it was extremely raw. Not a fan of a pre processed raw hamburger but the egg on top was done. The fries were good nothing special. Go there to drink and them eat elsewhere.

Parker is overflowing with quite a few chain restaurants, so it’s nice to have an locally owned alternative with decent food, drinks and good service.
The menu isn’t extensive and nothing about it was earth-​shattering. But, you know what? The chicken ceaser wrap and the buffalo chicken wrap where both fresh, the fries hot and the moscow mules delish. I really liked the large selection of Colorado beers on tap — it’s very important to us to support the local guys.
And it’s within walking distance of our house as necessary!

Limited menu but all 3 of us liked our food. Owner very personable and so was our waitress. We will definitely be back.

Good sports/​dive bar in Parker. Lots of room. Limited food menu but staff is friendly and knowledgable
Kinda dark but shouldn’t a bar be? Limited outdoor seating. Great selection if beers– 16 on tap including a few local Parker/​Elizabeth beers

Live music which is nice doesn’t get too loud at certain hours as other bar near here does :)
