I have shopped many Spirits shops along the front range and have to say that I received more assistance here than any other place I have shopped. They ordered me a verity of gins in sampler sizes so I could find one that suited my tastes. They called me promptly when they arrived and gave me an excellent experience along the way. Keep it up!

1. This place has gotten better previous post experience was in 2011. The poor sales rep is gone now and the staff overall has made a huge improvement. I’m guessing there was a spillover from the previous ownership. The store itself overall has much more appeal. They regularly do tastings of both wine and spirits. Haven’t seen a beer one yet but I’m not an everyday shopper. 2. Pricing is still high on common vineyards for a store this size. This is a standard store not a warehouse so I cant expect the same pricing as a warehouse store but they are still cheap on the ones I look to purchase. Seems fine on beer(not much wiggle room from place to place) Not sure on Spirits as I have not purchased them here. 1. I appreciate the response but slandering your customers and telling them how to handle their bad experience is not a good way to promote business. I am here to write a review based on my experience and that is what I did. Should I have dated the review? Yes I should have and my apologies. I just happened to be on at that time a placed my review. That is why I wrote line 1 for an update. I understand the defense of an employee but I know the difference between someone who knows wine and someone who doesn’t. This guy did not or he judging me and trying to treat me like I was an idiot. He either lacks wine knowledge or has poor customer service skills and I’m glad he is gone. And the new staff is much improved!

I don’t write a lot of reviews but I love this place! They have the best customer service which seems rare these days! Great wine recommendations, competitive prices and and wonderful people. :) They have brought in my requested items that they haven’t carried and want to make sure that you are happy! Keep up the great work!

I was just recently in this store. My expectations of «village center-type» liquor stores is usually quite low. I can safely say, after visiting almost every store in Arapahoe, Douglas and Jefferson County, that this is one of the most impressive spirits stores in all of Denver. Whatever problems this store may have had with management, pushiness, or lack of knowledge have absolutely been solved. Their owner is seriously enthusiastic about spirits, cocktails, and the Colorado distillery scene. I was extremely impressed with their Rum, Whiskey and Tequila selection, and it seems like special orders or new spirits recommendations are always on their radar. I was seriously impressed. Go there. 2015 has brought great things.

This store has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve tried the store on more than one occasion and they NEVER have the item I’m looking for. When I ask where it is, the reply is «if it’s not on the shelf, we don’t have it.» REALLYNICE — NOT. Today I went in looking to purchase a Guinness stout can of beer for a recipe. They of course, did not have it. I asked the cashier to recommend a different product and they recommended Boddington… got home, this is an ALE, not a STOUT. IDIOT. Second, I asked the cashier(to be polite) if he had a nice New Years. All he did was complain ABOUTHISCUSTOMERS and how they NEVERWANTTOWAITINLINE. Really unappreciative of his bread and butter. Do not patronize this store; they could care less about their customers. In fact, they complain about how busy their store is. Go to Parker Payless Liquors; their customer service is fantastic, they have a frequent customer program, always have the spirits well stocked in all sizes, and appreciate the people that keep them in business. The extra stop is well worth it.

Mikey likey! This liquor store is super convenient for me. I go to the neighboring King Soopers as well as the pizza and chinese places next door all the time so it’s just a one minute walk along the strip mall to stop in and grab some drinks. They have a decent selection of beer, not the biggest in town by far, but better than other smaller shops. Kind of pricey though, I think a six pack of a local craft beer will run you $ 9-$ 10. Same goes for the liquor, however they keep a smaller stocked inventory of booze than others do and sometimes they run out of what I’m looking for. What they do have is wine, and lot of it. They have a high-end wine selection that rivals the guys with the walk-in fridges, but they keep it all out in the warm store so I have to admit I don’t buy the expensive stuff here. But they have a nice selection of your average wines and they’re not badly priced. I always get a Hello! on the way in regardless of where the staff is(stocking shelves or coming out of the walk-in). The staff, for the most part, is friendly and provides a relaxed experience. Great hours too — they’re open on Sundays until 10pm. I say give them a shot!

While the location is convenient for last minute purchases I am usually disappointed within minutes of walking in the door. They are always out of stock of that very item I am looking for no matter what it is and I have to settle for another label or drive the next nearest establishment that usually has what I’m looking for. In the future I should just start at the«next» nearest…

I live in Parker, this makes me drink… alot, kind of like kids who live out in the county and have nothing else to do. This place is right down from my house and I like it. I think I met the new owner, I think he was the new owner because we were talking about how he was still getting the old owners mail and so on. He was very nice. They have a reasonable selection and their prices are comparable. They are never going to be a Sam’s club liquor section or a Bubbles but I’m not driving down to Castle Rock so that I can save $ 1.00 off a box wine. Very convenient for residence of north Parker. I will go back and get more alcohol from them. Why you ask?, because I still live in Parker.
