Our hand cut fries are delicious! The hamburgers are 100% Angus beef. The pastrami is smoked on-​site. So is the tri-​tip. We make our barbecue sauce, potato salad, Cole slaw, and tomato — cucumber salad. Try us for slow-​roasted pulled pork and fall-​off-​the-​bone ribs.

I moved to Parker 7 years ago from Vancouver, WA. Chuck Baker bought the Lucky’s food truck last year and asked my boyfriend and I if we would run it. We love what we’re doing — cooking is our passion so we’re constantly on the look out for ways to improve and appreciate customer feedback. We’ve met some amazing people and made a lot of new friends.

Was a little nervous driving up because it is a bar sports bar. You make your order from the barbecue truck outside and then they bring it into you. Had the ribs and they were fantastic food is great the people are friendly so it definitely deserves five stars

A great place to stop for yummy food. We were driving by and found this on Unilocal and we were very happy we did. It’s in a trailer next to a bar. Food was great — our family got tri tip sandwiches, pulled pork sandwich, a quesadilla, french fries, onion rings, and cole slaw. The guy who runs the place was very friendly and you can take it to eat in the bar (kids too) or to go. We recommend it!

Seriously so delicious. We had a tri-​tip sandwich with onion rings, 3 cheese (cheddar, swiss and habenero swiss) quesadillas, chicken quesadilla, tri-​tip quesadilla, grilled cheese (with the 3 cheeses), fries, fried pickles, potato salad and some chili. It was all phenomenal. We’ll definitely be coming back for more the next time we are in Parker. If anyone is looking for delicious and affordable food, I’m definitely recommending this place! Great service!

I have been eating their ribs for almost a year now!!! Hands down best «fall off the bone» ribs I ever eaten. I went to Tennessee in June and had ribs in a few famous places, they were not as good as Lucky’s!!!
I recently tried the cheese burger and it was awesome and perfect in every way… Only thing I’m bummed about now is having to decide what to order

The pastrami is top notch. The best ive had any where. The fries kick ass nice and crispy freash cut. Only thing we need on the menu is a pulled chicken sandwich or breast.
