The staff here is friendly and they work in cold weather… Tip them! and a mirror at the end of the wash to see your clean car! Kid friendly… my son loves the monkeys please don’t take them down.

The people working there are always nice. I appreciate their «pre-​wash» with the nozzles (tip them!). I did have one damage issue on my Honda Pilot’s rear wiper last year, but they took care of it quickly, nicely, and immediately. No complaint here. Their brushes get the wheels and mirrors thoroughly. I’ve never had a problem with the vacuums not being strong enough. Even though I’m 54, I still get a kick out of the monkeys swinging from the driers at the end. Always makes me smile. Overall, always a good experience. In fact, I’m taking my wife’s Acura there right now!

This place is going downhill fast! I own several carwashes, but unfortunately, they are in Colorado Springs, not Parker. I signed up for the unlimited wash, which on the face of it is a great deal, so long as you wash your car several times a week. However, especially in winter, Richies is closed very frequently. In fact, this week, December 12 – 19, they were only open 2 hours! Today it was 55 degrees and a huge car wash day, but of course they were closed for «mechanical reasons». I am closing my unlimited membership and will find another, better, car wash. Also, the dryers do not work for, well, you know. I have to towel dry my entire car dry each time. I have mentioned this several times, but to no avail. This place sucks.

The guys at Ritchies are always courteous and professional. They take great care the objects are removed that could be damaged by the car wash. My 2500 diesel always comes out bright & shiny!

Bought a groupon that gave me 5 or 6 washes for the price of 3. Great deal except once you get your car washed, 2 of the vacuums have the sucking power of a 90 year old using a straw. If you haven’t seen this, you can’t help but feel bad for them. In addition to the lack of sucky vacuums, they don’t have a «mat station» like other car washes I have been too. Pretty big bummer. All in all, I am glad I got the groupon because otherwise I would have been pretty irritated. Once the washes are all used up, it’s back to living the high life with really sucky vacuums and mat stations. Ahhh the finer things…(sips from his martini)

This place is very busy, but for good reason. I was very pleased with my experience at this car wash. I chose the lower package and still had two attendants spray my car down before entering the car wash. My car came out without any soap residue and there are free vacuum units.

Ok wash. Do not let them load extra washes on a card you may already have. They don’t do it. You get RIPPED OFF!!!

Just bring some rags to wipe off the little dribbles of water that are left behind if you wish.
I would rather vacuum my own truck anyways because I’m a little OCD when it comes to my trucks interior!

Overall, I did not encounter any employees at this location but my boyfriend did buy a groupon, $ 48 for 6 washes. I see now from another Unilocaler that one year ago is was 6 washes for $ 21. So that does not help my thought process. Richie’s is not to far from our house. We usually frequent the Car Wash Express near our house but thought we would give Richie’s a shot. My boyfriend purchased the groupon and we both went at the same time. Car wash was fine.
a. they do not have a mat cleaner station nor anywhere to put your mats from what I saw
b. two vacuums that my bf tried did not work and finally he just gave up and know what vacuums to not go to for next time. everything else was full so he could not move
c. my vacuum worked just fine so he used my for some of the time
d. I would never pay full price for a car wash here

I’ve used Richie’s since they opened and have been fairly happy with the results most times. Like any mechanical car wash they do experience problems some times. I recently had an experience that necessitates a WARNING for anyone driving a vehicle with low profile tires though. I usually just get a regular wash but this time decided to use their ultimate everything wash I took my BMW 330 through and merrily drove away to pick up my wife. When she walked up to the car she asked, «What happened?! Your car looks terrible». I got out and saw that both sides of the car and the wheels were covered with what looked like road tar. With all the road construction going on around Parker this summer I figured I must have driven through a patch of new unmarked tar. Tar remover really didn’t remove it all that well so when I took it to the dealer for a recall a few days later I asked it they could get it off. They returned my car looking pretty good and it looked like the «tar» was mostly gone but when I got home, the car was covered again. ARRRGH I then had the car fully detailed at The Man Cave (which is GREAT) and the car was perfection when I picked it up. Everything was fine for a couple of weeks and then I took it through Richie’s again and again got their everything wash (which includes tire dressing). As soon as I got home — the car was again covered with the same «tar» so the next day I went back to raise hell with them as I now knew it was their car wash doing it. The manager was busy but another employee came out and looked at it. «Man, it looks like you were driving 100 mph when you went though that tar.» I explained that their car wash did it so he offered to wash it again for free. I told him OK but do not use the tire dressing and I doubt it will take it off. He pre-​sprayed the entire car really well before it went in and to my surprise most of the «tar» was gone when it came out the other end. The manager then showed up and told me he’d never gotten a complaint like mine and in fact had just run his truck through the same wash I previously had and there wasn’t anything wrong with it. He stated the dressing is actually silicone based and would eventually lessen each time it was washed. Then he said something that registered with me and I knew exactly what the problem was. Turns out heir «tire dressing» function applies the «silicone product» with a pad. The pad is made for full size tires so when my low profile tires went through there isn’t as much sidewall and the machine can’t compensate so you end up with too much product on the tires and not all in the right spots. Result: a mess on your car. I will still use and recommend Richie’s but will never again get the tire dressing option.

This place was busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest this past Saturday, but they’ve got the staff and the speedy auto-​washer to handle the volume.
They have one long auto-​wash machine that has more finishing options than your gas station variety washers does, and at the same $ 6-​$ 7-​$ 8 price points. They have three self service pressure washer deals and 4 or 5 vacuum bays. I didn’t check but it would make sense that they also have an air pressure pump.
Good location, reasonable prices and they have a guy onsite who does windshield crack repair in about 15 minutes.

This is for the self serve manual car wash!
Absolutely terrible. 1 star, and that is pushing it. Their pressure washer is by far the worst that I have used thus far. No pressure at all! I’ve got a lowered sports car and could not use their automatic car wash because of the height of their wheel clamps, so I went for the manual. Their credit card machine charged me twice and I only swiped it once. Rip off! I recommend go elsewhere. Very displeased.

I love Richie’s! I’ve been to too many expensive car washes that were nothing even special. I don’t get ripped off at Richie’s and I know my car will be cleaned here. It’s that simple. Love the free vacuuming also. It’s a great price for a great car wash.

I’m reviewing because I went somewhere else for a «fancy» carwash and got burned, so I think my old standby Richie’s deserves a shout out. Get there before 9 am and get a discount. Love the free vacuums. My car is always cleaner after the Works than its is after the $ 30 fancy wash and handtowel the other place gives my SUV. They won’t take Jeep Wranglers with the soft tops, but jeepers know that already. Even when there’s a line, it moves fairly fast. I don’t even live in Parker anymore, but am happy to take the detour to give my car a quick once-​over.

Raised in a family where Auto Car Washes were sinful, I have came to the realization that an hr saved during my weekend is well worth going against everything my father taught me. Sorry Dad. I bought 2×6 carwashes from Groupon and have found the deals to be quite valuable. Quick service, nice people and to make my father happy I wipe down the car immediately following the wash/​air dry. Considering Waterway charges upwards of $ 300 for a year membership which doesn’t include tip money, this place has earned my business. Only concern I have is when driving onto the ramp and not being tall enough to line up the drivers wheel directly onto the rollers. Besides that I am very pleased.

I bought a Groupon for 6 express car washes for $ 21. They were located on S Twenty Mile Rd/​off E Lincoln Ave in Parker.
They take off your antenna and hand it to you and cover your rear windshield wiper with a plastic bag. Cars roll through an automated, brush-​free tunnel. A system of 15 high-​velocity fans brings exteriors to a spot-​free shine. I like the stuffed animals in the drying area and the mirror as you exit. They also have complimentary self-​serve vacuum stations.
I will be back.

Don’t use this coin-​op. if you do use it just pray that you get the bay with the working sprayers. I didn’t like this place at all!

Just and update that I still love these guys and they always do a great job with a smile on their faces.
Since I last reviewed Richie’s the vaccuums are now free making this a true five star experience.

decent car wash, but I would lose the damned monkey’s inside. They look disgusting! Also, I can’t stop using my other car wash fav because Richie’s makes you pay for the vacuums. That sucks!
