Drew’s Barber Shop

Their website says they offer hot lather shaves. I was a walk in customer and was told they did not offer that service. I did not get a haircut so I can not comment on that service. It is a bit disappointing when you are from out of town, trying to find a barber that offers these services, find their website that says these services are offered and arrive to only find out that that is not the case.

Drew does a really nice job. Always pleasant, always fair. I started going to him after perring closed.

Great place to get a cut. Drew knows what he’s doing and he’s a cool guy to chat with. He gets you in and gets you out quick, with the exact cut that you want. No BS, no keeping you around unnecessarily long (almost every barber I’ve gone to before is guilty of this). You get what you want, then you’re sent on your merry way, easy. Really glad I found this place.

Love this place. Recently moved to the area and looked to Unilocal for a closer barber and Drew came up. The experience far surpassed my expectations and I left extremely satisfied. I’ve been back 3 times to see Drew and have been in and out of the door within 15min each time. Highly recommended.

What can I say? It was the perfect experience. My first time there and I was welcomed like I had been going there my whole life. Unlike some of the other places I had gone to (yes, even the other boutique barber shops) in the Towson area this place has them all beat — hands down! I’m very particular about my hair because it’s difficult to cut but Drew’s attention to detail had me walking out of a barber shop without a hat on my head for the first time in a long time. I’ll definitely be back for as long as I’m here!

I went to Drew’s because my normal barber is south of the city and it was the Star Spangled 200 festival, so I didn’t feel like dealing with traffic. I was pleasantly surprised. Where I typically feel nervous about new-​to-​me barbers, Drew and his colleague made me feel right at home. I described what I wanted, and 20 minutes later I was done! $ 17 is a couple bucks more expensive than my normal cut, but for the convenience of avoiding traffic, it was worth it.
I especially want to note that they know how to effectively cut a taper here. It’s the true test of a good barber for me, and this place passes with flying colors.

Drew’s is a great spot! It’s a neat little find in an otherwise unassuming location. He seems to know everyone who comes in and out — including me! I was surprised when he remembered who I was and what I wanted after two months. You really don’t see that kind of personalized service these days. Anyway, I feel comfortable going here after three trips. Consistent haircuts and nice company! I’m always comfortable walking in. I’ve learned a lot about the area and what goes on just by talking to him. If you’re looking to get a haircut or find your new barber, look no further!

Sweet atmosphere. Cool and hip. It has that authentic feel, and in a world full of posers and wannabes, Drew is the real deal.
Get in, get a great cut for a great price, and get out. Or, If you wanna just hang out, that’s cool too. Drew and his team are very friendly and welcoming. This is the way a neighborhood barbershop should be… Baltimore’s best!

$ 17 is for too expensive for a barber that cant cut a fade. My barber in Pikesville knows what he is doing and it is only $ 11

It’s tough to find a good barber these days! But Drew’s your man! After going for my last three haircuts, I can safely and confidently say he is an AWESOME barber!
The price for a guy’s haircut is $ 17, and that’s a good deal considering he is well experienced in giving you any hairstyle you want. He is an expert with the scissors, as well as with the electric cutters/​shavers!
I HIGHLY recommend this place for your next haircut! :-)

Just when I thought the age of the barbershop was over… I found Drew’s (conveniently right here on Unilocal!). This place does not feel like a production atmosphere (where all they want to do is get you in, cut your hair, and take your money). This place has the true feel of a real barbershop where guys can be guys — and get one heck of a haircut at the same time. Thanks Unilocal!for helping me find Drew’s and I would reccomend this place to anyone in the area.

Great haircut at a reasonable price. The owner of this shop creates a very cool atmosphere where you feel like you are part of a group of friends just shooting the s$%t and getting a haircut. The shop also accommodates my two young boys with candy and cartoons if necessary. I am just very happy that I have a place like this to take my sons.

«Hey Buddy, want a beer?» Thats what you hear when you walk into Drew’s place. A man’s barber shop indeed. A young Archie Bunker would get his haircut here. They have made room for a pool table but already have good music, flat screen TV, and excellent reading material. The prices are unbeatable, which is good to know considering how empty wallets are these days. Good place to bring your son for his first haircut but leave the wife and daughters home.

If you’re looking for a good, clean place to get your hair cut, Drew’s Barber Shop is the place. There’s so many good things to mention here: plenty of parking, convenient location (just North of the Beltway on Harford Rd.), a 42″ plasma TV, beer and soda. But above all that, great customer service.
In an era where good customer service is foreign, this is where these guys shine. Here’s why. I called at 4:30pm today (Monday) and asked what time they were open until. Drew said ‘what time can you get here’ and I said around 7pm. He had me out of there in no time flat. When I got home, I looked at his website and I noticed that not only does there day end at 5:30pm but they are also closed on Mondays.
So not only did Drew take me in at the last second, but did it on his day off and after hours! You can’t find customer service like that anymore. Why couldn’t he offer cable television and mobile phone service too?!
I’ll definitely be recommending Drew’s Barber Shop to everyone I know because customer service like this is hard to come by.
