Established in 2010, Car Wash Cleveland is dedicated to providing great car wash and auto detailing services to all our customers. After many years of working with auto detail shops in the Cleveland area, we decided to start our own auto detailing shop to supply the needs of our customers.

We’re experienced not just in detailing cars, but semi trucks and boats as well. We’ve done work as Diamond Pealz and Mr. Detail Etc. in the past, but we are no longer affiliated with them. We are an independent operation now, with an aim to be the best in Cleveland area by providing high quality car wash and auto detailing services at reasonable prices. So, I got the Groupon during the winter time because it was such an incredible deal, and the winter can be extremely unkind to my Ruby. Ruby is my 2013 Mazda 3 When I first scheduled my appointment, I will have to admit it was tricky trying to find time that was convenient for the both of us. I work FAAAAAARRRRRRR west (like 45 minutes from the shop – all freeway driving, btw), and since I get off work at 5pm, it’s impossible for me to get to Car Wash Cleveland during business hours. After going back and forth for several minutes, Diego finally agreed to stay after the shop closed to detail my car. (I was gonna redeem my groupon I bought, dangit! LOL!)
I AM SO GLAD HE TOOK ME! When he finished, my girl Ruby was looking like the day I first drove her off the car lot when I first bought her. But that’s not surprising since he works with the dealerships in the area. He got all the snow stains out the carpet, the cracks where dirt and dust had collected were clean, my mats were sparkly and new! I mean, my fingerprints were wiped clean from that car! LOL!
Since then, I have redeemed my Groupon, and now I am a repeat customer. Diego takes care of Ruby. He gets rid of the scratches that mysteriously end up on my car, which I have a lot. (I am so rough on my car.) Diego certainly takes better care of my car than I do. *LE SIGH*
I thought about giving Diego 4 stars because we had to haggle about the timing so much when I first went to see him, but he probably knows that I was just going to be persistent until I finally wore him down.
In fact, I will be going in today. I’ll have to post before and after picture.

Car detailing at its finest! The inside looks like it was brand new off the lot! The cup holders were cleaned out, every visible nook and cranny was clean and free of dust, snack particles. Lol originally, I came because I had tire marks on the ceiling and didn’t want to risk spraying it and then find it dropping. It’s been taken care of professionally! I’ll try to not eat so much in my car now. Ha THANK YOU!!!

I had my Audi A6 detailed here, and could not be happier with their service. The work was very well done, and the customer service was second to none.
I spoke to the owner, Diego, personally. He is incredibly professional, and insured that all of my needs were addressed. When a minor scheduling conflict arose, Diego got me an appointment the very next day.
Not only is my car in new condition once again, but Diego personally made sure that the entire process was as easy as possible. I would take my car here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend them for an elite job done at a great price.

Awful experience. My girlfriend gifted me an Amazon local deal for an ultimate detail valued at $ 275 dollars. I made an appointment for 11 am during my lunch hour so as I can drop the car off and pick it up by 3:30. Long story short, Diego from the shop and his coworker told me that I would need to pay $ 55 extra because there was dog hair in the back seat and I would have to leave it over night. I told that that that’s not possible so they said to get a refund on Amazon and that they could not help me. I wasted time and gas to bring it to the shop and my buddy from work did the same so as he can drive me back to work. Unprofessional outfit with unrealistic value for money. They also expect a tip on top of the $ 275 value that the voucher is for. Ridiculous and definitely not worth the money.

I got the interior detail and I’ve got to say, they exceeded my expectations. My car is sparkling clean! I had that impossible to get out pet hair problem and they got it all out. I also had a gravy stain on my front passenger seat that I was afraid wouldn’t come out, but they got it out. Can’t even tell it was ever there. Needless to say, after this past winter, my car was super gross. I’m a working college student so I never have the time to break down and clean my car (hopefully this paints the picture for you). After taking it to them, the car looks like I just drove it off the lot! I highly recommend this company if you need some detailing done.

Last week I went to trade in my car at the dealership for a newer model. I knew before I went that I should get my car washed and detailed so I would get more money for it. I have never really been one to ‘baby’ my car but I did a decent job keeping it looking good.
I went to Carwash Cleveland because it was close to me, and the dealer, and it looked like it would be quick and easy. I called to make an appointment over the phone, and ended up speaking to Diego, the owner, and I found the customer service to be amazing. Even though they have never met me, let alone spoken to me, they already treated me like I was their favorite customer.
I dropped my car off first thing in the morning with no issues, everyone was professional and friendly! When I went to pick my car up later, I was in for a fabulous surprise.
I opened the driver’s side door, and the smell of freshly cleaned upholstery instantly brought a smile to my face! I got in to get a better look; and it was hard to believe that this was the same car. My car was never really ‘dirty’, but after this experience I would never go to a different place!
The seats gleamed, the floor mats looked impeccable, and that small stain on the passenger’s seat that I thought was doomed to be sold with the car, was gone! My instrument panel was sparkling, and every nook and cranny was spotless.
I had a bit of separation anxiety when I went to actually trade the car in after seeing the gleaming clean that it once had in its youth. Once I bring my new car to Carwash Cleveland I know I’ll have the same overwhelming feeling of joy.

I came to Diamond Pearlz to get my 2007 VW Passat wagon detailed, and I was extremely pleased with the results: a nearly-spotless car for a very reasonably price.
Under normal circumstances, I try to avoid businesses that don’t have any Unilocal reviews. That was the case here, but I decided to make an exception for a few reasons: (a) they offered a couple coupons/deals through the site; (b) I do like to support local small business; & © it was just a few-minutes drive from where I live.
I scheduled an appointment via phone with owner/co-operator Diego Nelson for the following morning, in hopes of getting my car back that same day.
I was a little weary when I first pulled up to the shop — it doesn’t have much of a sign, at the moment. (It’s not too hard to find, though: heading east on Brookpark, take a right turn on 50^th & look for the garage on your immediate right.)
But once I met Diego, I felt much better about the place. He was very friendly & professional in explaining my options, and he seemed very well-informed throughout. He mentioned that he was from Cleveland originally, had five years experience here & in D.C., and was building a relatively new business. All of which I like.
I opted for a complete detail, plus he pointed out some scratches he could remove. He told me he’d give me a call around 8pm when the car was ready.
As promised, I received the call at 7:30. I was extremely happy with the final job: the inside of the car, the seats, the consoles, the floors & even under the hood looked about as close to new as possible for an eight-year-old car with 115K miles on it. (The only noteworthy exception was a nasty permanent oil stain on the driver’s side floor-mat, but even that looks mostly faded-out.)
In addition the the great work they did on the standard detailing details, I was also very happy with the seamless work they did removing some of the minor scratches, particularly on a slash across the front hood that’s no longer visible.
I didn’t end up using either of the Unilocal deals, but got a very fair & competitive price of one-fifty flat for the entire job.
Bottom line: I will certainly be back here next time I need a car detailed. (Diego mentioned he also fixes computers, and I told him if I ever come across something I can’t fix myself, I’d give him a call.)
