They take advantage of people who do not know much about cars. I wish I brought my fiancée with me and maybe I wouldn’t be out $ 550. They lure you in with cheaper oil changes but then do their «20 point» inspection and tell you everything needs changed. Looking up some of the thins later, they were illegitimate. I am livid and will NEVER give service to any Lube Stop again. I urge you to never waste your time or money.

I used to be a regular customer here for 5+ years. The service had slowly declined and the push for «extra services» had increased, but I kept giving them chances. At my most recent visit there were 2 cars in the bays and 2 in front of me in line. After 50 minutes with no movement, a tech came out to apologize and explain that the cars in the bay were getting «extra services.» He said it would be an addition 5 – 10 minutes. 15 minutes later a different tech came out to tell me their computer system had crashed and that they would have to do everything by hand meaning it would «take forever.» That will be my last visit. Stay away!
