Bill and Bill make communication VERY difficult. They didn’t pre schedule my job. Called at 7:50 am on Tues saying they’re on their way. Neighbor needed to be alerted to move their vehicle so needed time. Said they’d reschedule for Thurs. Neighbor moved vehicle — no one showed up. No one called. Left an message asking what happened. NO response. Long story. They finally showed up on Wed the following week. Ran out of rocks so had to make a 2 day job 3 days. The rail road ties for the front weren’t in the truck so they place rock instead. The workers were polite and nice but they left a huge mess in the neighbors driveway. Bill said it wasn’t on the work order to clean up. What??? I did get a discount for the rocks in the front but overall a bad experience. Look for another landscape company.
