We offer CTI and Unified Messaging capabilities for those companies that need customer service support, auto-​attendant, conferencing, SIP solutions, and more. However, our business model revolves primarily around the B2B market and as a result, we do not sell directly to the end user.

History

Established in 1990.

In 1990 DAX Systems was founded for the sole purpose of developing high reliability servers for the CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) market. Shortly after that, it re-​engineered itself to becoming a «Market Needs» driven company. By definition the organization whose Driving Force is Market Needs will provide a range of products to fill current and emerging needs in the market segments or customer groups it serves. It will be constantly looking for alternative ways to fill the needs it is currently filling. It will also be constantly searching for new or emerging needs in the market segments it serves.

Business Owner

The founder’s academic background in Physics and Computer Design was instrumental in acquiring vast design experiences like discrete processor design using bit-​slice processor cores along with developing the microcode for the processor’s instruction set. A product that was used in a DOD Avionics project.

He later went on to design the first digital VOR (VHF OmniRange Transmitter) system for commercial aircraft for the FAA which was first deployed in Atlantic City, NJ. This was done using an embedded microcontroller and required the development of a low level multi-​tasking operating system to manage and control the signal timing requirements.

And, working as a contractor in the medical field, he developed a digital blood analysis machine that would use laser power to analyze the molecular structure of contaminated blood by comparing the contaminated sample to several known clean control samples.
