We specialize in small and closely held businesses with an eye towards the combined personal and corporate financial picture. We seek to provide a comprehensive solution to the pressures of the everyday small business owner with aggressive and experienced tax preparation as well as comprehensive bookkeeping services for NJ business.

Business Owner

Frank Kapitza began his accounting career working for AT&T then spent many years as a Real Estate Accountant for Prudential, the largest real estate developer in the world. Later he worked as an Assistant Controller for a restaurant software company before starting his own CPA firm in 1989.

Frank received his B.S. in Business Administration in 1983 from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an M.S. in Financial Planning in 2000 from Seton Hall. He secured his CPA license in 1992 and is also a Licensed Mortgage Originator. He’s a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
