Avoid this company. The first day of service an aide and nurse were supposed to come to the house. The nurse was about 3 hours late and the aide 10 minutes late. The aide seemed to be drumming up business for her private pay. She was introduced to the client and watched her meal prepared. She excused herself after the meal preparation to «get something out of her car.» About 10 minutes later her car was gone. She did not inform the agency or said good-​bye to the client and caregiver. The office was very lackadaisical in their response. They were scheduled to come out two days later but really did not have one. The corporate offices were contacted. The owner lied by telling corporate he had contacted the caregiver. The next day the caregiver had to call again. The owner’s solution was that if they did find an aide that he would try and drive the client to the doctor’s office (isn’t that what taxis are for?). He was not a CHHA. Very rude in dealing with the caregiver. Avoid this agency at all cost.
