Found iTech in the Internet and saw the great reviews on Unilocal.I contacted the company through their web site and was given a price quote and that it would take 10 minutes to fix. Arrived after work, and Ray fixed my phone to new condition in 10 minutes at the quoted price. Very good experience. Would highly recommend.

Screen popped off a couple months later. Cheap parts! Tried pushing screen back in with my fingers and screen cracked in my hand!!! Do yourself a favor and get quality parts from a legit installer.

This guy is a pro. He has definitely seen it all when it comes to smartphone/​tablet repair. Don’t even bother with any other service in the mall or even apple retail. I was in and out with a fixed iPhone screen and digitizer in less than 10 minutes. If there was a sixth star I’d rate him at that.

*Update 6⁄8 — My phone mysteriously liked the Itech Iphone Facebook page. Repairing my phone is one thing, but using my phone to get on my facebook app (without my consent) is invading one’s privacy and is unacceptable. A+ repair, but this type of business practice is questionable.

On our way out to dinner on a Saturday at 2pm my wife dropped her iPhone and shattered the screen, on it were the address and directions to the restaurant. I called and Ray said he would come right to my house to fix her phone but since we were going out I told him I would come to him (either way is the same price). He works out of his home so we pulled into his driveway and he was outside waiting. He had the parts all ready fixed the phone and we were on our way in 20 minutes. Ray was very knowledgeable and professional and his price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone who breaks their phone to contact him. Also his parts and labor have a 90 guarantee.

Went back a second time because my phone was having issues with the touch screen where things wouldn’t open right (tap one app and another opens) and immediately he knew it was the digitizer and told me to take it to apple to have them look at it/​replace it.
