Business Owner

Joel A. Murphy graduated from Rutgers University and received his Bachelors Degree in English. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University.

Mr. Murphy is an experienced Land Use and Municipal Attorney, spending 25+ years in the New Jersey Municipal Court system as a Judge, Prosecutor, Municipal Attorney and Defense Attorney. He has also represented many accredited non-​profit agencies through out his career, and is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Housing Partnership of New Jersey.

Current areas of practice are: Drunk Driving/​Municipal Violations, Family/​Divorce, Real Estate, and Land Use.
