Specialties

We offer automatic tunnel wash through 120 feet tunnel with brand new conveyer system. Typical wash includes vacuuming all carpets and trunk in your vehicle. We also offer hand wash services for classic cars, motorcycles, RV’s, and boats. If you can get it here, we can clean it!

Our specialty service would be our detail shop. Detailing is a complete cleaning and protection for all car. You leave your car here for 4 hours, we will hand wash, hand wax, and also hand polish complete vehicle including all chrome parts. As an option, we offer full menu of other services such as Presidential Service, which is mini-​detail that takes 20 minutes and includes interior cleaning and application of exterior waxing by hand. Our newest service is Full Service Oil Change that includes not only oil change using the best synthetic oils, but also provides full Manufacturer Recommended Service depending on the accumulated mileage on your vehicle.

We sell prepaid monthly, quarterly and yearly packages with unlimited number of washes for all styles of car wash services!

Established in 1968.

What was started by Dick Thomas and his partner forty years ago has evolved into the state of the art T&B Car Wash, Detailing and Lube Service. In an era that demands quality, speed, economy and service, T&B Car Wash developed the concept of complete car care and maintenance to meet the needs of Parsippany area residents. The car care center we have built has expanded throughout time with Oil Changes and Detailing facilities to provide one stop car service experience. From the time that you enter the wash site to the time we wave goodbye to you and your clean car, everything is directed to giving you an enjoyable time. We get to know our regulars by name and how they like their vehicles serviced and cleaned. They appreciate our commitment to excellence, as evidenced by their loyalty and letters of appreciation, displayed in our waiting room. Many of our employees have been with us for more 10 years, and we continue to update our skills based on the new technology.

Worst place ever. Operation broke down in the middle of my car wash. They had to run it thru again but made me wait at the end of the line. Car came out with soapy film from waiting around, water spots and 3 black spots on the mat. I asked them to clean the spots and was told that would be an extra charge. Asked for my money back and the rude woman at the counter raised her voice and told me she would not refund my money. NEVER going back.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. There is a sign that says «tell us your comments, we’ll make sure we do the job right» but that sign is clearly a lie. After a very substandard job (still-​dirty interior, unvaccumed mats, dust-​covered dashboard) I complained, and both the staff and manager argued with me. He rudely said, «what do you expect for the basic car wash? You should have paid for the executive package.» I told him I have been to a thousand car washes and have never seen such a poor job, and even for the basic package I expect better quality. It’s not surprising consider how dirty the rags are that they are using. This probably is what caused the car to smell worse when it was finished than when they started (the manager first tried to convince me it had already smelled like that, then suggested rolling the windows down). They half-​heartedly spent a few more minutes on it, but I still could have done a better job in literally half the time. There are many car washes in the area, such as Morristown and East Hanover. There is NO reason to go to this one unless you want to spend your money for a poor-​quality job performed by rude workers.

T&B used to be owned by the Thomas family. It was a very well-​run car wash that offered a tremendous value. Your car was cleaned the way you’d do it yourself: Everything cleaned, shined, and presentable.
Since the new owners took over close to 10 years ago, this place has gone way (way, way) downhill.
Every time I go there, the lobby has more and more flea-​market type shit for sale. The cashier is almost always absent and you’ve got to wait around like an idiot to pay.
The worst a part is that there’s no quality control. If your car is still dirty, still wet, windows dirty, tires not dressed, wheels still filthy (which is basically every time I’ve been there) you don’t have anyone to complain to. None of the crew speaks a word of English. You’re forced to go back inside and hunt for the cashier.
$ 22 for the «super saver» is a so-​so price but… If the car isn’t clean when they’re done. What’s the point?
Unlike some people– I don’t give 1-​star ratings based on a single experience. I’ve been at T&B about 10 times this year (since our office relocated to Parsippany) and it’s been tragically bad every time.
Sparkle in Morristown (also under new ownership– now called Morristown Car Wash) USED TO be a go-​place… No more. Same gripes. Higher prices. Disinterested staff and management.

This is the worst car wash ever. I had been putting off washing my car until I could get to this place and then I get there and it looks like one of those stores that are empty and they start selling random stuff, like why are you trying to sell me a dress, a small TV and some earrings. I bought the presidential wash and they washed practically nothing. They are slowly going out of business and the quality of service isn’t helping.

This will be my last car wash from this place. I can’t believe it that they can do such a bad job. Checkout the pictures. I am writing this review after coming back from this place few minutes ago. There are still marks of dirty water over my car. Both side was unclean. Since it was wet initially, I couldn’t make out whether it was clean or not. When I reached home I saw all these marks over my car. I didn’t go back since I was getting late. Please stay away from this place !!!

So I got in touch with the owner over email and he offered a free Gild car wash to me. Which made up for the miss on their part last time. Since then I’ve been there at least 5 – 6 times and have not been disappointed.

Went to this car wash today. The man who gives you the receipt in the beginning was extremely EXTREMELY rude and made me rush forward when I was moving my stuff and throwing out my papers and water bottles and then I had to go back to the car wash after I left because the windows were all streaky. It was ridiculous!!! When I went back the same man was really rude and told me he doesn’t handle those situations and to go to the back where they wipe down the cars. So I went there and there were a few of the Mexicans who wiped it and I got so frustrated because they were wiping it all streaky again and didn’t know what the hell they were doing. Also, they used rags that were black!!! When I told them to stop because the car was just as bad as it was before they laughed and started speaking in spanish about me.
I called the manager and he said that he has never had this problem with the 300 cars that they wash… but by the look of these reviews, this man is a liar!!! He offered me another car wash for free but I’d rather not go back there and get treated like shit!!!
I do not recommend this car wash to anyone!!!

The cleaners were nice but the guy behind the counter was extremely rude. For pretty much any interaction, he was impatient and rude. Though he said the standard wash included cleaning of the interior, the cleaning is really cursory. He said if you wanted to get a deeper cleaning you have to get a more expensive service, which was fine with me, except he was talking to us so aggressively as if we were arguing with him. When we asked about receiving the senior discount, he again aggressively said that the senior discount didn’t apply to the more expensive service. OK, maybe we had heard wrong (because this was not what we remembered him saying), but we were just trying to clarify and he was automatically in argument mode. I especially didn’t like that he was speaking to my nearly 70yr-​old mother this way.

Very nice service and the prices are decent. I only had a full service wash but was happy with the meticulous job of cleaning. The towel staff that dried at the end worked quickly and efficiently and we’re very pleasant!
I’d go back for a presidential package next time!

I wanted to give this place no stars, because it does not even deserve a rating. The bottom of the doors still had the leaves stuck to them, they were not brushed before the car went in to be washed. The wheels came out still dirty. The water must be turned down to save money, because my mid sized suv was still dripping soap when it went through the dryer section at the end. I payed 3.99 for tire shine. It was painted on the entire wheel, not just the tire. The center of the front window was not cleaned because it could not be reached. My suv is not that big, a step stool is needed if they cannot reach the entire window. Will never go there again. It is a rip off.

So… they open at 8a. I was there waiting at 759a, waiting for them to open…8:03a finally Annoying b/​c I’m on a tight schedule and needed to get my car washed before work. ok, fine. these things happen. 3 minutes isn’t such a big deal but it is when you still have to wait another 5 minutes for your staff to show up.
What did happen. my car went through the wash with NO WATER OR SOAP. I said to the recptionist/​owner/​someone. «i dont think there’s any water or spoap. my car looks kjust as dirty as it went in» so he went, turned on the water and soap and told e they would run my car through again (this is now 815a). What i didn’t realize until i thought about it was the water and soap that were on the machines and in the hose lines from the night before FROZE and splattered all over my car when the machiens turned on and «washed» my car. Nice. Luckily no marks happened but i was fuming.
ok, so my car gets pulled around. by now, three other cars have pulled in ahead of me so i’m now waiting longer. i complained to the guy that i would now be late for work because of his error and they comped my wash. ok, thanks. i do appreciate it. but i would have rather paid for a wash and been on time than late and have a half assed job done. the lady at the end wipes your car down as you enter it — i thikn she’s meant to be the «face» of the business… a final «look at the amazing job we do for you» but amazing it is not. she basically wipes the side view mirror and the door handle. so the mirror is smudged from her used towel and my car has water still all over it. not to mention it’s still dirty. now it’s been through the car wash (in it’s various incarnations) twice now in 30 minutes. HOW IN THE WORLD IS IT STILL DIRTY?
If you’re desperate and need a car wash before work, i guess this might be your only option in town. be warned. in you’re there first thing, you might get half a wash… the guy says to me «these things happen with the first customer» UM, NO THEY DON’T!

The guy who takes the car is nice, the people who dry off dont even acknowledge your tip or presence, the owner is not nice to his employees. It is illegal to not give your workers a break. Stop taking advantage of them.
Now to my car — part of it is clean the rest looks like it wasn’t even washed. The hatchback (SUV)is completely dirty, the sides on the bottom is dirty and the front and back window are dirty. What a waste of money. This place use to be good.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Paid $ 30+ for the highest level package and my car was filthy afterwards. The owner wasn’t there (I grew up in Parsippany and know who he is). The car was washed and rinsed poorly… 4 Mexican girls all of 4 feet tall were to wipe down the truck (a Lincoln Navigator — mind you). No one ever opened the liftgate to wipe it down or clean in the back. The windshield was still covered in bird shit and the interior was still dusty. Had I not been in a hurry, I would’ve made them go back and finish… but what’s the point. I wound up cleaning it up later that day myself. Clearly they didn’t know what they were doing. All they did was talk and laugh and were done in 5 minutes. I’ve never had anyone ‘clean’ my large vehicle that fast. My parents, who still live in Parsippany and have given this place a lot of business over the years will not be returning.
Get your act together guys… it’s not that hard to clean a car… and at your ridiculously high price of $ 29.95, my vehicle should be spotless when complete.
Horrible. Considering a charge back on my credit card.

NO STAR!!! T&B carwash Parsippany. Went in for oil change. When he pulled my car out, I asked him… «Did you even do anything??? I was watching and I didn’t see anyone do anything»… He looks at me and says «oh I think I forgot»… Are you freaking serious??? I will never go to T&B lube and car wash again!!!

I had been going to this place for years when I worked in the area. I happened to be in the area recently and decided to stop by. Everything pretty much the same including the prices! That’s surprising. Staff exact same. Quality of wash, money. They do a complete inside/​outside for a reasonable price and they do it quick. No complaints and definitely the better car wash spot in the area.

I went to T&B on Saturday the 17th and I was not too impressed. I’ve been there before and they just don’t vacuum the inside well enough and they do not do a great job dusting. It was more of a emergency stop. I also thought about getting my car detailed and wanted more information about who exactly did the detailing. The front desk person called the owner and he came out and essentially ignored me and started berating a worker and the person she was training. That was a deal breaker for me, I will not be returning to an establishment where the owner treats the workers like dirt. I figured if I was dissatisfied with the work performed, he would treat me just the same so I’ve opted to go elsewhere. He seemed obtuse and arrogant.
Update:
Another emergency, I went back again on Saturday, March 31, 2012, and they did a bad job again. I had bird crap all over the car, well the wash did not remove it competely. They also must have used rags that were previously used for waxing or some other job because my windows were smeared. I went home and had to clean them with vinegar. Now, emergency or no emergency, I’m definitely not returning. I’ll wipe my car down with a rag next time until I can get it to a better car wash.

The external wash was okay, I just didn’t appreciate the attitude the owner gave me (for standing in the wrong place) and I felt uncomfortable when he spoke to his employees as if they were dirt. The interior detailing was well done, and the rest of the people there were nice.
