Highest praise for Khalid, a «techie» who really knows his stuff. He serviced a Dell Dimension E521 that hadn’t been cleaned up or had a physical for at least 7 years. Coming in it sounded like a roaring elephant with all the dust accumulated inside, but he quickly cleaned that up so that it purred like a kitten. A virus check passed muster and he even found 2 megabytes of RAM to add to my machine. All done within an hour. The best way to describe Khalid would be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable as well.

Kaled is always ready to help and no upselling here, you get only what you need Most amazing is a program he uses whereby he can log onto your computer and see everything on your screen, send commands to your computer and even type on your screen! Kaled will explain everything and make sure that he does not leave unless or until he has solved your computer problem.

My computer crash. Needed it fix right away (work at home) called a few different places and prices vary from 75 – 129. A1 computers was charging 99 but was the only one that assured me that my computer would be fix by days end.
He kept his promise and provided excellent service. Better yet he has this tracking system (similar to tracking ups and fed ex packages) where it updates you on the progress with your computer. Which gives you a idea if there was any additional problems or if everything is running smoothly. Loved it!
Hopefully I don’t ever have anymore computer problems but if I ever do I know where to go.
Fair price and great service.
Not much more you can ask for as a customer.
