History

Established in 2005.

Although we’ve been selling our own products and helping businesses with their online marketing since 1989 (back when the public internet consisted of AOL, Compuserve and Bulletin Boards), we started concentrating on business growth strategies for others as our main focus in 2005.

We’ve helped create automated systems for building websites, marketing funnels, social networks and more. We put together online strategies for a corporation doing around 750,000,000 per year bring their online rankings from 0 to number 1 in their category for numerous terms as well as negate some bad press they had gotten online.

Since 1989, we’ve been pioneers of online marketing and were the first to implement a number of strategies online. Today, we focus on small businesses to help them dominate their market.

Bill S.

Business Owner

Bill ran his first business out of his dorm room at NYU in 1976 selling music via mail order. Before PCs, he used technology, renting a Lanier word processor hourly on Wall Street to create the catalogs.

This evolved into Venus Records, which for 20 years was called one of the best independent record shops in the world. This branched out to include import, export, wholesale distribution, a label, and artist managment and promotion.

Bill started Pik A Program in 1989, one of the first companies to sell shareware via retail environments. This evolved into an order and fulfillment service for software developers and was one of the first companies to offer software authors sales with immediate downloads of their product.

Moving exclusively into marketing with Assured Profits, Bill hosted a business strategy radio show on Clear Channel pulling from his vast business experience to help small business owners create innovative and powerful profit growth strategies.
