I LOVE B. Luu Boutique and the new location!!! B. Luu knows my style… classy, sexy, simple and helps me pick out the perfect outfit for any occassion every time and I love it!!! It’s like having my own personal shopper/​stylist and I’ve never been treated and felt so welcomed at any store or boutique I’ve ever been to! They have got outfits for ANY occasion and stuff that I don’t see anyone else wearing which I love! All of the clothing there is high quality and stuff you would see celebrities wearing but an at an affordable price! I have been a regular at B. Luu for the past 10 years and higly recommend to anyone in the LA area or you can shop online too!!! I love it and will continue to be a loyal shopperand will continue to send all my friends and family to B. Luu!

I’ve shopped at B. Luu for over 8 years now.
Over the years I have grown to love the ladies there and most recently helped celebrate B. Luu’s 10^th year in business!
I love the personalized shopping ambience. 9 out of 10 times I walk out with something FANTASTIC in my B. Luu shopping bag!!! I typically stop by once a month just to see what catches my eye. Bachmai (owner) and the ladies at B. Luu do an amazing job with the displays which usually inspire me to TRY IT ON! … well you know what happens when you try it on… YOU GET IT! The selection of clothing at B. Luu will temp any shopping mood ranging from casual, comfy Ella Moss to dressy stuff by Alice + Olivia!
B.Luu is a fabulous boutique that’s ONE STOP SHOPPING!!!

After walking around for fifteen mins and not being asked help I left. People are paying you to provide customer service now do your damn job!!! Don’t sit on your phone and disregard the person who pays your wage! Not saying that I need your entire attention but a hello is always nice. This is exactly why I continue to shop at nordstroms because if their wonderful customer service.

I just recently went from a 20 to 16÷14…
really wanted a place that would understand my success and help me to celebrate it!
I was in the area and decided to visit the store and check it out.
LOVE the store, LOVE the selection, LOVE the service.
The store is a nice size little upscale boutique. With a comfortable and relaxed feel. Cute dressing rooms and wonderful colors in the store.
The selection is like a one-​stop shop for favorites. The buyer picks a really nice selection and the girls will help you pick items if you are CHALLENGED like I am in selecting anything.
The Service was two thumbs up. Maybe in the past there were issues, but I can say that I had no issues at all. The service was excellent.
The ONLY reason why I didn’t rate 5 stars is because the one little selection I wished would change is that they had more JEANS when I was there!!!

Way too limited selection, nonchalant customer service, Prices much too higher than other Internet vendors, and NO refunds what so ever. I would not return.

BLuu is my secret hidden gem! I live up north but get email updates on new items and purchases are as easy as a phone call away. I’m not one of the typical girls that like to wear what everyone else wears (ie, Bebe, Arden B, Guess — ug boring). I really love going to places in my hot BLuu outfit and standing out amongst the sea of «same dresses».
My wallet is happy that the store is far, my closet. not so much!

ave you ever been looking for something to wear to a specific event with no luck shop after shop? Well i was having one of those days while i frantically looked for a dress to wear to a wedding later in the evening (yes i procrastinate but that is not what this is about) and i spotted it in the window. it was one of those Ahhhh moments. The lady who was working there was at first a bit judgey or standoffish but warmed up when we started chatting. I think the prices are a bit steep here but it was the perfect dress so i bit the bullet and bought it. I probably wont be back until there is a sale.

DO NOT SHOP AT B LUU. I’m writing this review on the behalf of my wife. My wife’s experience: She bought a dress for an event and the salesperson said that the dress would be returnable as long as it didn’t appear worn and as long as she had the receipt. After a few days she went to return the dress only to be informed that they had a ‘no return’ policy. My wife made a stink and reminded the salesperson that she herself had told her she could return the dress. So the salesperson called the owner who finally agreed to give her store credit, but she HAD to redeem the store credit on the spot! What the heck! So my wife had to drag herself around the store rounding up merchandise that she didn’t even want and then to make matters worse when all the merchandise she had didn’t total up to the cost of the dress, they refused to give her the remaining balance in cash (or store credit!) due to policy… whereupon the salesperson called the owner again only to tell my wife that she didn’t have a choice. Anyways, we contacted the Better Business Bureau but learned we didn’t have much options since they are not BBB accredited. Regarding the merchandise, my wife says its overpriced. Bottom line: Do not shop at B Luu!!!

I don’t mind the small selection, but the customer service was incredibly rude. You will be greeted with a grimace upon entering, and I was the one who said hello to the salesperson, to which she replied with the most forced attempt at a smile that I have ever seen… it almost looked like a snarl. I happened to be in a happy mood… not after I was done with that store! Not only will you be looked down upon, but you won’t get a cursory «thanks» or anything upon leaving. I could tell she was rather moody that I didn’t purchase anything. Very bizarre! I actually liked a few items, but I won’t be purchasing them there! I really don’t get it… I didn’t do anything but be nice… will NOT be coming back

Unfortunatley this shop will never be visited again by me or my friends/​family. My friend and I walked in to the shop (completely empty by the way) and the salesperson completely ignored us. but watched us walk around the store. When I would pick up an item and put it down she would quickly walk over and rearrange it. At this point still not one welcome word said to us… The shop did not have a very good selection which would make me think customer service should be a must. When we left the store we realized it was such a bad experience we felt the need to call the store and ask the salesperson why the service was soo horrible. her response «you were not going to buy anything anyways» when we asked her how did she know that. she hung up on us. I called back to get her name (the only worker in the store) she mumbled some name and I asked her to repeat it .she stated” I am the owner and I don’t have time for this.” and again hung up on us. There are too many wonderful boutiques in pasadena I would definitely recommend bypassing this one.

I still don’t understand how this place is in business. I love how little boutiques in the dena area try to cater to young shoppers with designer taste, but it somehow feels disjointed and awkward. Little merchandise, very poor selection (mostly denim), and who me thinks is the manager is horrendously rude and unhelpful! In Pasadena, really? But then again no one should treat you that way (at least not in a crappy store like bluu) «I got money to spend here» yaaa but I won’t. I would give zero stars if i could.

I like this shop. The selection is small, but they pick nice items and always have the staples, like high quality tees from James Perse, etc. The sales are quite good, too.

I agree with the other reviewer… the handful of times that i’ve walked into this store, the sales women were snobby and aloof. They don’t ever greet you when you enter, and they instead stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable. If you’re looking for a cute boutique with similar inventory go around the corner to Therapy which is in Paseo as well, where the workers are nice and welcoming.

I haven’t been in Bluu for a while b/​c I was not impressed. They have a fairly decent selection of contemporary designer brands — but the customer service leaves something to be desired. The few times I’ve been in there, there have been maybe 2 other people in the store at most. So the salesgirls (usually 2 of them) stare at you while you browse through things. One time I was looking at the t-​shirts and when I folded one and put it back, a salesgirl made a beeline towards me and refolded the shirt. She couldn’t wait until I was gone — or at least 5 feet away? Also, their return policy sucks. From what I remember, all sales are final.
