Yuri worked in a team of two. She and her team member were on time and greeted me in professional and squared away. She and Maria worked extremely hard and efficiently. Asked questions when necessary and when I reviewed her work, I found nothing left to attend to.

I recently had a WONDERFUL experience with Yuri of BB’s House Keeping Services. I hired Yuri and her team to clean my parents’ house as a gift. Not having used a local cleaning service before, I was especially concerned with hiring an excellent, reputable company; Yuri far exceeded my expectations and did an impeccable job at a highly competitive rate.
From the moment I first contacted her, Yuri was polite, quick to respond and answered all of my questions. The day of the service, she arrived right on time and was incredibly sweet and courteous with my mother (and since I was at work, Yuri also texted me to let me know she’d arrived, which I thought was a nice touch). After walking through the house and making sure she understood exactly what my mom wanted, Yuri and her helper went straight to work. For nearly three hours, they cleaned every nook and cranny of the house, moving furniture as needed to clean hard-​to-​reach spots. By the end of their cleaning session, every inch of the house was absolutely spotless and gleaming. And to make sure my mom was 100% happy, Yuri then walked her through the entire house, giving her the opportunity to point out any areas that she wanted touched up. Her dedication to customer service is remarkable and to top it off, Yuri’s final bill was exactly what she’d quoted me — no surprises! Our house was spotless when they came to clean it. They were very thorough and did a fantastic job. They exceeded our expectations and know how to get to every little detail cleaned. They ask you to review what they’ve cleaned to make sure it’s up to your standards. We will be hiring them monthly.

Professional, seamless service from start to finish. They were accommodating when I had to reschedule the cleaning with a few days notice. We don’t have the biggest living space, but sometimes it’s nice to have a professional scrub it down; it just feels cleaner than when we (meaning I) do it. I’ll definitely call them again when this place starts to look like a former fraternity boys live here. Everyone I worked with was nice and aimed to please.

Yuri and Maria came to clean my house yesterday and they did an amazing job. They use eco friendly products. My house used to have a weird smell because of my puppy but now it smells fresh. I would highly recommend them! They are friendly, reliable and trust worthy.

Yuri completely let me down today. Was depending on her to take care of my vacation rentals while away. She cancelled (by text) just before our scheduled meeting time — leaving me high and dry. She said that another client had rescheduled so she cancelled on me. Now I have to scramble to find someone else before I leave at 4am tomorrow morning. What kind of way is that to do business? Make sure you have a back-​up plan if you are depending on her. Her promises are worthless.

By far the most responsible and reliable cleaning company I have ever work with, after calling two other companies and the crews never showed up.
I was pleased to hear that Yuri could accommodate me in their schedule. Very responsible and professional team. Showed up before the scheduled time and my house was spotless and smelled amazing. I highly feel that the only way they would not show up is by a true emergency. I have recommended her to so many friends and family and so far they have agreed her services are beyond the expectations for what you pay! We also use them at our office and the building owner loves them!

Absolutely the best maid service around. We’d tried Molly Maid and Merry Maid and all the others and there are none better than Yuri and her team. She even cleaned our house on Christmas Eve when we really needed a clean before leaving on vacation! They are dependable and reliable. Highly, highly recommended.

I was looking for cleaning services for my home and came across BB’S, read the reviews and had to email them. Got an immediate response and scheduled an appt for the following week. Yuri and her partner have been over twice already. I highly recommend them to anyone who works 7 days a week and are on the job more often than at home. They’re very detailed oriented and thorough. Reasonably priced and I’ll be seeing them at least once or twice a month. excellent work!

I am so glad I found Yuri. She and her partner are a pleasure to deal with, and most importantly, they get the job done. The first time I called Yuri, I needed someone to come out on a Sunday which was very difficult to find. Yuri had said that she usually doesn’t do Sundays, but she willingly accepted. Lifesaver! Like other reviewers have mentioned, before and after each session, she asks what you would like her to concentrate on, and then does a walk through before she leaves to make sure you are satisfied. If there are any spots that were missed, she will clean it over, no problem. I love how my home smells so clean and fresh after she is done and my place is sparkling!

Yuri and her team are MARVELOUS!!! The price is right and the service is impeccable! I’ve never had a cleaning team take such time and care into what they are doing. I’ve had the pleasure to find Yuri and her team. They come out to my house in South Pasadena once a week. They are a great team that ensures that my place is nice and spotless. I like the fact that they use eco-​friendly supplies which makes my home a more vivid environment with the great scent of cleanliness. I can’t say enough good things about Yuri and her team! We’ve been one of their clients for several months now, and have never been disappointed. They come to our 5-​bedroom, 2-​story home every two weeks and leave it spotless, fresh and smelling great in less than 3 hours! We have three small children, so that’s no small feat! Not only do the floors and counters look great after her work, but furniture is dust-​free, appliances are shiny and even towels are organized/​arranged, and the bedding is done too!

Yuri is a very pleasant person to have working in your home. She is very polite, intelligent and truly respects your home. You can tell she takes pride in her work. After each cleaning she would ask us to do a walk around to see if there was anything she missed, or if there was something else we wanted done.
