Yogurt and all the toppings tastes very artificial. The yogurt itself is not rich and very watery. I had to throw away half of my yogurt because of how bad it tasted. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sooooooo good I’m here ²⁴⁄₇. All the workers are really nice and they have the most amazing variety of toppings!

Nah nah ! Me and my daughter consider ourselves as Froyo experts and this place we no match for us. We had dinner at next door Lebanese place and wanted something sweet. I got bought a Groupon on my phone and we walked in. Choices are few and very lame. Like there is one called California tart… wth does that mean? I tried that with a strawberry banana and they were very yucky. I tried to pick mochi toppings but they would all stick to each other and were clunky… absolutely horrendous. 2 medium sized one came to $ 13…WTH.Too expensive… as we walked out of the store we noticed the content getting all watery and very icy. No wonder the taste was horrible as the water content was more than its supposed to me. Oh and ine the meantime, the girl at the counter was busy sticking her head in her smartphone texting or browsing some crap. Avoid at all times.

I tried the Triple Chocolate yogurt which is both rich and decadent and oh so delicious!
Tiger’s Blood, is this a fun flavor name or what? and what a fabulous blending of flavors.
* * I’m thinking that the Yellow Cake Batter Gelato might just be my favorite though. It reminds me of mom making and baking a cake and I got to finish the rest of the batter in the bowl. Yummy!
The shop itself is wonderfully clean, as well as the topping bar with clean, fresh fruit and nut and candy products!
I was speaking to your employee, who told me to be watching for «Blisserry’s fresh new look.» I can’t wait to see it all the exciting new changes!

Not into the flavors, even the plain tart tasted a bit off. I wouldn’t say it’s disgusting but it’s also not delicious. I may not be a froyo expert but I am a self proclaimed pro froyo-​er :P
Sampled four flavors between the two of us but we both ended up w the plain n topped it off w fruit n other goodies but even those seemed lackluster.
Funky décor that reminded me of some kind of after school daycare which kinda creeped me out so we sat outside in the dead of winter — it was like 50 below. Eeeeeeek!
Ending on a posi note, if you do like it for whatever reason, they give out a loyalty punch card — buy 10 get 1 free or something. We chose to abandon it so feel free to find it on the table outside just right of the door Hahaa

This place needs to turn up the chill on their yogurt machines. I live 5 blocks away and it’s melted by the time I get home.
They are using too much water in the yogurt mixes. You can see it in the yogurt and taste it too. If the edge of the yogurt is clear or lighter than the center, there’s too much moisture in it. So they are either ignorant or saving a buck by using less mix or re-​using from the previous day.
Topping selection is great, but tastes stale. For example, sour patch kids normally would have a soft sour taste, but these had A crunchy membrane around them. Likely a result of too much contact with the air.
The kid running it also had all her stuff spread out all over a table at the front with her boyfriend studying. She got up and went behind the counter when I arrived
Maybe there’s not enough foot traffic in this area for a yogurt spot.

Pricing seems fair and the employees are always friendly, they not afraid to recommend something and facility was clean.
I get a sweet tooth but don’t want to buy a whole tub of ice cream or whatever so this place gives me the ability to have just a spoon full of frozen yogurt if I want and only pay a small amount. Rewards program as well! What more can you ask for in a dessert place where you are the one in control and not told to have a certain size of scoop that you don’t want or should eat.

The price is definitely right!!! Under $ 7 for two people. This would have cost double at menchies or triple pink berry. This will be my new office…

Yogurt isn’t the best, but no complaints for the price. Interior doesn’t have a lot of places to sit down with a small group, and is tacky. Parking is okay on most occasions… but if the area is busy, good luck.

The price was right. Inexpensive for the amount of yogurt you get. The yogurt was OK. Original Tart was not as good as other places. Flavor were OK. The sauces were not that great. There was a lot of chocolate, candy and cereal. Not a great fruit selection. I think it would be a great place to take kids. The girl who worked there was very nice. You got to test out the flavor a on your own which is always a plus.

My review is about the customer service– if that’s what you want to call it. I was really excited to find a froyo shop so close to home. I just picked up my lunch and was on my way home and I stopped in for my first time. The only employee that was there didn’t speak much English. I paid with my card and was about to walk away with my froyo when she called me back because «it didn’t go through» so she ran my card again. I guess a receipt was supposed to print for a signature but it didn’t happen so she assumed there was something wrong with my card. Shit happens, sometimes credit cards get locked for security reasons but I knew it wasn’t maxed out. I handed her a different card to pay with and got the same result. She showed me the POS screen and it said «$ 0.00 balance» which she interpreted as my credit card being maxed out. I tried to explain to her that it says «$ 0.00 balance» because it indeed went through and the balance that I owe is now $ 0.00. She didn’t understand and I didn’t know how else to explain it to her.
This is literally the stupidest thing that has ever happened to me and I have 10+ years experience working in the food industry so I know exactly what types of technical difficulties that happens at work. Printer communication errors, the internet goes down so you have to manually imprint the card, orders get lost, etc. While I stepped aside to pull up my credit card info on my phone to prove to her that I was indeed charged 3 times on 2 different cards, she finally figured out that her printer didn’t have paper so that’s why it wasn’t printing. At that point there was a huge line and the printer starts spitting out a shitload of receipts so she realizes what happened and calls her boss on her cell phone. She wasn’t trying to communicate to me what was going on in her head (because I knew exactly what was going on) nor did she have the language skills to. She finally just gave me her cell so I could talk to her boss. We talked, I left my cell number, and the owner’s going to text me a picture of the refund receipts after they close. Let’s hope that happens without a hitch. I also left without even tasting my froyo. I told the lady to put it in the freezer so it wouldn’t melt while all this happened. 15 minutes later I left without my froyo. I wouldn’t want it even if they gave it to me for free.

This place is excellent! Good choice of flavors, lots of yummy toppings (including boba balls, lots of different cereals like guilt loops and captn crunch), and very cute patio to sit and eat your fro yo!

Pros — lots of toppings, not expensive, friendly staff, kid-​friendly seating, loyalty card
Cons — only one type of sorbet
We take our kids here once in awhile for a treat. They call it «the ice cream store.» The kids love to choose their own toppings. The atmosphere is nice and it’s way more affordable than Carmela’s. I can’t have dairy so I’m grateful that they have sorbet.
You pay by weight so you can get a little or a lot. We enjoy coming here.

When you walk into this place it looks a bit like a KINDERGARTEN school room, as there are more little bubble plastic kiddie chairs and tables in bright Ikea coloured choices than there are grown up tables, all though you can choice to sit outside in front and stare at the street.
Parking is in back and on the street in front.
I have never tried this place before, it was out of desperation and finding no parking at Pinkberry. But it all honesty, the YOGURT (I tried Peach, Mango and Blueberry) were not only VERY WATERY and not very frozen AT ALL! The flavors taste VERY ARTIFICIAL and SUGARY. I tasted RED VELVET ahead of time– DIDN’T CARE FOR IT AT ALL.
The topping choices were good, many boba ball flavours.
It came to $ 7.33 for a medium 3 flavours, 4 topping deal I put together.
Would I go again, no not really. I have to be honest.

The frozen yogurt was good (I had the dulce de leche) but there were no fruit options! WTH?
Then when I asked the guy he just shrugged. Bad customer service is one of my biggest pet peeves. I highly doubt I’ll be coming back here.

We stopped in on Father’s Day and found everything great! The coffee flavored yogurt was especially delicious and the other flavors were yummy, too. Much better than the Yogurtland in Monrovia. The lady working the counter was friendly and the place was very clean!
I highly recommend Blisserry!

I’m a big fan of Frozen Yogurt so I was excited when this place opened up down the street from me.
This place does a good job with a nice assortment of flavors, good toppings choices, and friendly service. They have the staples of what I like which are red velvet and cake batter.
The only thing I think I would knock them on is the variety of choices for flavors. While i like that they have a lot of choices, there needs to be a little more variety in the choices. Having angel food cake, red velvet, and cake batter means you have three flavors that are all basically cake related.
I also find that consistency with their consistency is not consistent across flavors. Red velvet can be a little soft and soupy while angel food cake can be icy and hard. Its a fine line to walk, and usually they do a good job.
While it isn’t 21 choices it does in a pinch for me.
