My car was rear ended, and I came here to get some basic shop work. When I went there, I was greeted by a rather unprofessional individual who got me a basic quote and little other info; at first, I was taken aback by the poor service, but when I called back I was informed that he had already been let go and they would be happy to take care of any situations that they could for me. Upon arriving, I discovered they didn’t take debit cards for their work, which their former employee did not alert me too. However, they decided to allow the use of a card for payment so that I could continue with the work with no additional fees.
All the prices were good, they not only fixed up the car but cleaned the whole vehicle. Spot on work, very quick and VERY good. They’re always looking out for their customers.

Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the extensive work they did to repair the right side of my vehicle, including replacing both doors. The staff were courteous and helpful. They completed the repairs for a lot less money and took a week less to do it than what the Toyota dealership estimated for me, so I definitely appreciated that. However, I feel like they kind of dropped the ball on communication with me. They were supposed to contact me twice a week. I didn’t hear from them at all the first week, and then only when I initiated contact during the second week my car was in their shop. Finally, when I showed up 1.5hrs before closing on the day it was supposed to be finished, it seemed they were still scrambling to get it done. Perhaps a little too busy/​overworked. Just make sure to look over your car carefully when picking it up. They had to switch out the wrong wheel for a correct one, reconnect the automatic lock in one of the doors, and later (when of course I was 2hrs away from the shop) I noticed one of my headlights was disconnected. They do warranty/​guarantee their work, which helps.

My car was in a hit — and — run accident destroying my mirror and the rear corner panel on my car, I researched several body shops in the area that USAA Certified and this one came up.
I picked up my car one week later and i was blown away! They did more work to blend the paint so it would look good. They replaced the mirror with a new OEM replacement, with the matching color, and every piece of trim possible with OEM parts. Very friendly staff.
I recommend them highly!
