I have been going to Collin’s Chiropractic on and off for nearly a decade and am surprised to see the only two reviews on here are negative. First, to address the other reviews: 1) the staff is extremely polite and friendly — you’re going for therapy and part of getting better is feeling better, 2) I have never had issues with insurance coverages here, nor have I had any issues with the management or getting appointment times, 3) regarding«80’s» style treatments, I have seen the same machines used to state-of-the-art hospitals. Sure, they could use a new x-ray machine, it’s from the 1970’s, but it still works fine. Finally, I would like to say that Dr. Yu, Dr. Collins and Dr. Mitz have all been extremely helpful to me and take the time to remember the specific injuries and locations that need help. I have recommended several friends here and they too have had great experiences.

This office is filled with the right people… they just have management issues.. especially with lack of communication. You literally have to tell 5 different people if you change an appointment… and if your main doc is Groomer… good luck trying to get a «set appointment time»… majority of his patients have had to get used to the fact that you may have to wait several hours for your«Appointment» with him.

There are far better chiropractic services out there that take all kinds of insurance. My experience here was more than disappointing. The adjustment in itself takes about 5 minutes, then they cart you off into a room where they attach you to an electro-pulse machine(circa 1980s) for«therapy». The downside to that is that the staff forgets you’re there because they’re too busy talking about their baby daddy’s and what not. You’re 15 minute session turns into a 45 minute one because you’re laying there wondering if anyone is going to come back to you. The doctors are knowledgeable, but the staff is outright rude and horrible. When I decided to cancel my services with the place, the staff member on the phone said«it’s your health, not mine». Really? Who says that to a client even in the worst situations? I guess they have enough workers’ comp cases to fit their bill.
