Our lead consultant and advisory board have decades of experience in higher education leadership and student services at universities including UCLA, USC, Stanford, Harvard, NYU, Harvey Mudd College, Cal Poly and the private education sector. We take pride in mentoring and supporting students and recent college grads as they build the foundation for their careers and adulthood.

History

Established in 2015.

I found over many years working with young adults in the collegiate setting, that these days, many students need help as they navigate the transition from college to «the real world.» Areas such as networking, how to find a mentor, informational interviewing, how to build a LinkedIn presence and more are areas that many young people struggle with and need personalized support. What college doesn’t necessarily teach you, we do.
