So, my sorry self got my phone destroyed twice in two months. My dear Samsung Galaxy S5 was not functional, and I was panicking because no place I called had the lcd screen and glass in stock. Thankfully, COSMO did. I called in and they put the parts on hold for me until I got here.
In terms of time, they did it quickly and efficiently. I was surprised that they did it so fast since my last repair job took over four hours. Pricing was pretty good since the screen is such a hot commodity. (261 w/​tax)

Came in to get my iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced since it had a series of spider web cracks across the bottom of the phone. Charged me a reasonable price and had it fixed in half an hour. Fully checked the phone for any other defects or damages and explained everything they were doing and how it voided apple’s warranty well. Had to come back the next day since there was a smudge or blur with the front facing camera and had it perfect and ready to go in a couple minutes no problem. Definitely recommended others to come here for phone repairs:)

This place is honestly so trustworthy and super cheap they repaired my phone and it works just like new!

Our Television busted 12 times right after guarantee. We discovered this location with great evaluations and had taken it for restoration. Our Television had been a distinctive situation; despite fixing the most popular issue the problem persisted. Following a few occasions getting it set for restoration Joe provided a substitute Television for the problems. Came in to have my iPhone 6 screen repaired. Fast and efficient service. Conveniently located on the second floor of Paseo Colorado. Great options to hang out while you wait for your phone to be fixed which takes less than an hour. Fair pricing, validated parking.

I had a pleasant experience here. Service was attentive and diligent when I needed a replacement charger. While it was a simple purchase, I appreciated that the Dude checked and monitored that the replacement charger worked, inspected my phone, and then identified a minute yet reasonable flaw in my original charger. For a walk-​in place, they were decently priced, and an additional plus that the Dude was down-​to-​earth and genuinely caring about his business.

They fixed my cracked screen fast and for a good price Aaron helped me out and he was super cool and helpful I recommend this spot for all your electronic needs

I’ve been to this place about three times. Unfortunately, I crack my phone screen consecutively. Helen helped me out, she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are great as well. Would definitely recommend to others :)

DON’T GO HERE — THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PHONE WITH THEM.
I brought a Samsung note, had the glass screen broken but otherwise functional phone, and they said they can replace the screen.
Ended up breaking the LCD screen completely, rendering the entire device useless.
Afterward, they said that this doesn’t happen usually. They claimed the glue that sealed the phone screen was too hard so they had to use a higher heat to unseal it. Ended up BURNING THE ENTIRE LCD. IF THE GLUE WAS TOO HARD, THEN WHY RISK BURNING THE LCD?
These guys had 0 pride in what they do and were eager to close the shop and leave instead of actually working.
THESE GUYS AARON AND BEN WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.
Whole process took me 3 hours to get a broken phone back. What a waste of time, energy, and money. I hope no one else has to go through this same process.

I’m so glad I was referred to this place! I cracked my screen horribly and these guys were able to answer all my questions, I was hesitant for the reason that I didn’t know to what extent my phone had been damaged but I had the pleasure of speaking to Daniel, and Raymond over the phone and they were able to answer all my questions before even coming in. I went during my lunch was in and out in about a half hour for an LED replacement. Definitely a happy customer. Hopefully it won’t be necessary but if needed I will be definitely going back to them. Thanks guys!

My experience with this company has been horrific. We had screen and body work done to an iPhone 6 there that shortly after stopped working completely. We spent hundreds of dollars with them over a few visits. This has gone on for over a month. I can not get a callback from anyone at the store after leaving continual messages. They are in possession of our phone still and have no communication with us. They are completely unprofessional. They will take your money and give you back poor product. THUMBS DOWN.

COSMO wanted over $ 100 to fix an issue on my phone.
The phone is currently on sale for $ 100 brand new (no contract) why would i pay that amount to get my phone with a number of other issues/​wear& tear, and a cracked screen when i could buy a new one?

Had my iPhone 6 front glass replaced here after I dropped my phone. It’s not quite as perfectly done as when I’ve had the glass replaced by Apple — there is a tiny line visible on the front of the glass now. But they did a good job (the line is really minor, not noticeable enough for me to say anytime to them at the time), replaced the glass really quickly (about 30 minutes) and gave me a free tempered glass screen protector, which I thought was a little weird that they put on without asking beforehand, but it is nice and if it’ll save me breaking my phone again I won’t complain. Overall good experience, would recommend. Not quite the cheapest or best phone repair I’ve had but overall very good.

I cracked the screen on my Samsung s5 and needed to get it replaced. I spoke to 3 different repair shops before deciding on Cosmo (which was also recommended to me by Verizon). I chose Cosmo based on the recommendation, and the level of professionalism from Ben. Ben explained to me that he can fix the cracked glass, but it could cause issues to my screen later. If the screen does cease to work later, the fix will cost even more. I had a great experience with the customer service and wait time was about 1 ½ hours. The price was higher than I anticipated at $ 129.99 but definitely not the most expensive of the repair shops I checked out.

I’m unfortunately a five time loyal customer to this place. First time was when I needed a simple glass replacement and with the Groupon deal, I was able to get for $ 100+ dollars that included a discounted tempered glass and a phone case. That phone got stolen and one new iPhone and four cracked glasses later, I’m back here once again.
Ben and Aaron have always been the ones to help me. This time around, I needed a whole LCD replacement and they gave me a $ 100 deal. Ben even threw in a free tempered glass. They ran out of the white LCD for my gold iPhone so I’m trying out a black cover. Hopefully, my unfortunate streak of white LCD will stop with the black.
They are fast, very helpful, and very nice. I hope I won’t need to come here anymore though.

I heard about Cosmo off of Groupon because they were having a deal and I had shattered my iPhone 6 screen. I gave them a call same day and they scheduled me with their earliest available time. Walked in and was greeted by one of their employees and they quickly got my phone in repair.
Repair time took about one hour and thirty minutes which is decent but, during the wait, you can go out and shop around Paseo. I was charged about $ 140 for a glass replacement and an LCD replacement (I didn’t need a LCD replacement but they said I might run into problems in the future if I just do glass). Pricey to me but the repair was quality work when I picked it up.
Unfortunately, a week later the glass started detaching from the phone itself and the LCD looked like it had a stain on it.
However, I had written a Unilocal review about those issues and I was given a call by Ben the manager a few hours later. Ben scheduled an appointment for me and when I walked in he greeted me and noticed the issues right away. He told me he will have it fixed within thirty minutes at no charge. When I went to pick up the phone, it looked almost brand new and I noticed Ben also put a tempered glass on it for free. He gave me a sincere apology for the issues and told me that he will speak to his vendors so that there will be no problems in the future. In addition, he extended my warranty just in case that I run into issues with the LCD.
Overall, I was disappointed about what happened to my phone but, Ben went out of his way to resolve this issue for me in a timely manner which made up for it. Cosmo provides quick and quality work. I will definitely come back in the future and also recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you, Ben!

I did not «beg» for a service to be done that could possibly be done elsewhere. My model was the regular Samsung S6 which further proves the lack of attention to detail to the customer. I asked for a refund. You refused. This was prior to the repair being made. I was short on time, so I didn’t escalate the issue since it was obvious COSMO would not even try to alleviate the issue.
The business is just that, you’re providing a service and expectations will be held with high standards from your customers. For you to respond and point fingers only reaffirms my previous review and even hinders my experience even further.
I had options, I called and made what I thought was the proper due diligence. Your lack of follow up or empathy to a customers situation is not surprising after this experience.
Had I been made aware that the screen could crack from the get go, I still would have made the repair request. The dissatisfaction comes from the lack of disclosure or customer service.
I still wouldn’t recommend your services and I’ll ensure this review remains on the site.

First time customer. Reluctant when there is ever a bad review but most here are great!
iPhone 5s dropped against the pavement several times! The hard cover wasn’t protecting the phone enough where the left hand corner busted open. The LCD light was shining out until the entire screen went black. Phone calls and messages were going through, but couldn’t read nor decline calls since it’s a touch screen.
Panicked since my next available upgrade isn’t until the end of this year. So instead, went to Cosmos for an evaluation/​repair. Super friendly technicians and their confidence with fixing even more shattered screens made me understand their ability and trust them.
Signing the liability form made me nervous declaring that they aren’t responsible for certain features that might no longer be active such as the camera or sound. However, the technicians mentioned its part of their policy.
Technicians provided an estimate of how long it’ll be which was about an hour. I had enough time to grab a bite to eat and when I returned, the phone was done! The technicians checked my camera, and other features including sound. What a relief! It looked brand new! And I got a new more durable case. Everything included was about less than $ 150. Worth it rather than purchasing a new phone at retail price! And I rather wait until my next upgrade for a newer phone.
Definitely recommended this place.

Cosmo saved me one stressful Sunday afternoon after having accidentally dropped my phone on the floor.
I had dropped it many times before that, but maybe this was the floor that was destined to cause the crack– and my screen shattered. It was so bad all I could do was ask Siri to call or look things up for me. Stuck without the ability to browse options on my iPhone, I went home to find a reputable place that wouldn’t be too expensive.
By the time I got back, it was already 4 pm. I was worried that I wouldn’t have time to get to any place worth going to — but luckily Cosmo isn’t too far from me, and closes at 6 pm on Sundays.
I went straight there and so glad I did! It was fast — only took about 45 minutes (during which I browsed through one of the many cute shops at Paseo Colorado), and they charged me 69.99 for the screen repair on an iPhone 5C. Considering that going through my insurance would have cost more than twice that price, and that my phone was basically unusable in it’s current state, I found it a fair exchange!
Jorge was very helpful and explained to me exactly what was done to my phone. He also suggested a sturdier case and even gave me a 30-​day guarantee in case my phone started to act strangely or I noticed something odd about it’s performance.
But I haven’t had to go back. So far so good and I’m so glad they were able to help me so quickly, and in such a time and cost-​efficient manner!
If I ever find myself in a similar situation, I’ll definitely be heading back there, and might go for the sturdier phone case!
