Without an appointment, I took my new-​to-​me Toyota Sequoia in for a lifetime alignment, tire repair (nail) and tire rotation. It was early so only Manager Gus was checking people in but, after I got to the front, I was out of there in minutes. I then called a couple hours later to get a price on trailer tires and was informed that my vehicle was done and that they didn’t charge me for the nail repair or rotation. I figured I was on a roll so I mentioned that they were slightly higher than my best price on trailer tires and Gus immediately beat the lowest quote even though his tires were the highest rated and most expensive I had been pricing.
Definitely 5-​star service yesterday!

These guys are great! Called about an hour before closing on a holiday weekend, and they told me to come on in. I thought I had a flat because my pressure gauge came on and one of the tires looked a bit flat. They inspected each tire and took the pressure, and it turns out I just needed more air in each. They inflated each tire, and sent me on my way. Great service, will definitely come back next time my tires cause trouble.

They are fast and have great prices. Came here with damaged and old tires. I was out the door in just a little over an hour with great tires! See Enrique. He knows the deal!

I had a great experience with discount tire centers. After realizing at 5:30 pm that one of my tires wasn’t holding air and was totally bald, I called them up, they checked over the phone that they had tires that would work for my car in stock, and I went over at about 5:45. Despite the fact that they close at 6, they stayed late to replace my tires (all of my tires were completely bald, even to my layperson eyes, they were clearly in terrible shape) which was great because I actually live in San Diego and needed to drive home that evening — which I wouldn’t have been able to do without new tires!
Also, the guys are super nice and told me about all of the available rebates, and even printed extra copies of my receipt and stapled them to the various rebate forms to make it easy for me to send in after I got home.

My Honda Pilot 2003 had severe left front tire misalignment causing the car to pull to one side while driving and make this horrible noise. I took my care to Discount Tire Centers given its proximity to my house.
My experience as follows:
1. Gus and Enrique were extremely professional and offered excellent service. The moment I pulled the car up an hour prior to closing, Enrique greeted me outside, asked me how they could help, agreed with assessment that tire may be misaligned, and gave me price quote.
2. Prompt and rapid service. Possibly because I came close to closing time, it was not that busy. Tires were re-​aligned within 30 minutes and driving perfectly afterwards.
3. From my limited research, reasonable price for tire alignment ($ 70 after $ 10 discount).
Bottom line: strongly recommend this tire center for tire services

I called them when I needed my tires aligned. I told them I was shopping around prices and they offered me a $ 10 discount. They had a nice waiting area and they told me I could come back within 3 months for another free alignment. This was important to me because I do a lot of driving and like to keep my car in good shape.

I was in LA for the weekend and noticed a nail in my tire the day we were leaving. Found this shop totally by chance. I did not feel comfortable driving home to San Francisco on I-​5 knowing I had that nail in there. In under a half hour they patched my tire. Highest of accolades to Jose who was so courteous and friendly to my family while we waited. The gentleman who patched my tire was so sweet as he let my young son watch while he did it. I’ll have to say, we were blessed to have found this place and I highly recommend it to locals or visitors like myself. I know if I am back in the area and need tire help, I’ll take my car here.

These guys are NOT HONEST watch your wallet get written estimate and don’t believe them over the phone. Bye bye discount tire.

Great customer service! Both Jose and Enrique were very professional and knowledgeable. The technicians also do efficient work. Even though they were busy when I came in the late afternoon, they fixed my alignment issues in less than 40 minutes. I will definitely steer straight to them next time.

Discount tires are AMAZING. So consistent, great price not to mention the the customer service was great. The staff are super nice specially (Enrique).I highly recommend this place.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I took my car here a week ago to patch up a flat tire. After waiting for almost an hour, the technician asked me to go outside. They had taken all four of my tires out and told me I needed brand new tires because the treading was worn out (not true) and that they couldn’t patch up my flat and I needed to replace it entirely. They proceeded to tell me that I needed new struts and gave me a quote for over $ 1000 (not including the new tires). I know for a fact that they did that because I am a woman and assumed I didn’t know anything about cars. When I told them I needed to think about it, they said they would pump up my flat for me in the meantime. When I got in my car, I noticed that they didn’t even bother to pump up the tire.
I took my car to Tire Central in San Gabriel instead. Not only did they confirm that everything was fine, they patched up my tire FOR FREE! Stay away from this dishonest and sexist business.

UPDATE ¹⁄₃₁: Since the manager tried to contact me (here on Unilocal) I thought I would add this. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! You go in for 1 thing, they scare you into buying this that and this!!! They guilt trip you into things you don’t need. They bait and switch what you asked for into something more expensive.
Go ahead! Put me to the test! Go to Discount tire centers and get a quote, Go ahead and get the work done. Then tell me your bill isn’t higher! Tell me there isn’t something listed in the Bill that you didn’t want! Go right ahead. Hey, at this point you can’t say you haven’t been warned!
btw if you read a lot of the 5 star reviews you will notice how DTC «politely» talked thous people into things they «think» they needed. They took advantage of their naivety and supposedly gave them a «FAT DISCOUNT»
No people, they just sold you something you didn’t need and manipulated you into feeling like you got a discount. Like they did YOU a favor. Is it a discount when you walked out the door having payed $ 100? $ 200? $ 300? MORE on something you didn’t want to pay for in the first place?!? Nope.
You know why the 5 star people Got there cars back within 10−30min? Because there isn’t a line of people around the corner, like the proven and honest places do. The customers aren’t lining up around this place. Plus, Would you really trust a job done this fast on any car? You have to wonder if they cut corners.
Its not hard to figure out that most of them are women and they took advantage of that. Live and learn I guess, they got me good but that won’t EVER happen again and I hope you heed this warning!

I needed tires really badly before all these ‘el niño’ storms were suppose to come. I was able to make a same day appt and had 4 new tires put on my car in an hour. I can’t even get an oil change in an hour!
The staff was polite and didn’t try to hard sell me on the expensive tires. The gentleman gave me options and honored the sale they were running.
Nice and clean too!

Joe and Gus took great care of me and in a very reasonable amount of time. It got done in the time estimated at the price quoted. They found what 2 other repair shops couldn’t, took me back showed me and explained what the problems were with out throwing the others under the bus! Very professional!

Pretty excited to be here getting some new shoes for my babe. It’s been something I’ve been procrastinating on for about 10,000 miles. After seeing a Christmas flyer for buy 2, get 2, I pulled the trigger and came in.
To start: I was greeted warmly as I walked in by Enrique, and he was ready to help. He went over some tire options with us and informed us about what we can do to lengthen the life of our tires– cool dude!
After his help, we agreed to the stellar deal, and an additional FAT discount and picked up our baby with new tires, balanced, and aligned– here’s the kicker– 50 minutes later!!! Boom.
I still need shocks and brakes done– but one step at a time. However, when that time comes, I’ll call Enrique Molina and see what kind of deal he has for me.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Ask for Enrique!

Came in while waiting for wife at a facial since one tire blew and needed 3 other tires… ended up getting 4 new tires with buy 2 get 2 free deal which cost $ 290 more than my one tire! So great deal… if you need one tire let me know! Haha Greeted by Enrique at the desk who was super nice and gave me multiple quotes… I left and called Costo and another tire place and both gave me quotes of $ 1250+ and Enrique hooked me up with 4 tires for $ 790!!! The one tire I got at dealer was $ 532 by itself!!! So amazing deal!!! Great service! Will come back again for future tire needs!!!

Good god I wish I could remember the name of the glorious angel man who fixed my tire.
I was on the 210… Starting a journey to the beautiful city of Las Vegas to take my chances at a new life. Upon passing Glendale, I noticed my «tire pressure light» was on once again. I thought to myself, «What shall I do? I’ve already had my tire checked at two other places and they’ve just refilled the tire due to low pressure.»
I pulled off the road, and my knight in shining armor was waiting for me. He took the tire off, and showed me the giant screw that was lurking in my tire. He patched it up, and sent me on my way at no charge.
I offered many favors for my new lovers kindness… But he said no worries. We never saw one another again. I will always remember you… I cherish the photo we took together. Forever my tire savior!!!
