Absolutely terrible customer service over the phone. The woman I spoke to was rude and not helpful in the slightest. I was so off put by her phone etiquette. Phone conversations are usually the first contact point between client and customer. Solely based on this interaction alone I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Easy Parking Service made it so easy to park when I attended a play at the Pasadena Playhouse. Not only is the location super convenient, the parking staff was friendly, courteous and very pleasant. As if that weren’t enough, their prices were very affordable. While I was there, I saw their advertisement for Rose Parade parking and will definitely be calling them for reservations. Way to go, EPS! You have earned a repeat customer!!!
