Great service, communication and attention to detail. The manager George is always on top of it. The garage can get a bit hectic so make sure to call to reserve a spot in advance. The team there seems passionate about their work and will give you an extra punch in your rewards card if you tip well!

First time
Here today. I had a coupon for free wash so when they offered me the 50 $
Upgrade I said why not. The upgrade was for a glossy wax. Dropped off car at 9 am they said it would be be ready by 1030. Arrived at 11 and car was not done, the gentleman said they got really bussy I waited as they rushed to do the car. Over all the job done was not good. The outside did look clean and glossy but the inside looked horrible, still dirty and only one of the floor mats was cleaned and vacuumed. Won’t be coming back. They get two stars for the gentleman customer service attitude.

While looking for an affordable auto-​detail, I found an incredibly affordable 2 – 3 hr detail on Groupon for less than $ 40. The car wash is located in a parking structure near Old Town Pasadena, which is about a half hour from where I live. The experience that Eco Auto Care provided was beyond all my expectations.
Not only was my car very clean and smelled brand new, but when I picked up the car, the gentleman who rung my car up gave me a free voucher for another exterior detail. He said that during the cleaning, the crew found some water spotting that they weren’t able to remove. As a result, he wanted me to be sure to bring the car back, free of charge, and they would re-​do the wax. Who provides this level of service anymore??? I am so impressed. I will be so happy to drive another half hour back to Pasadena for such service!

The stuff was very friendly and they provided the service I requested considering the fact that it wasn’t in the list of their services. I would come there again!

These guys did a great job, were super friendly, and didn’t say one word about what a terrible mess my car was (I hate it when car detailers get all judgy about my messy car!). The price was right, too. I live nowhere near here, but I would definitely return if I did.

Highly recommend Eco! Got my car detailed the other day… looks brand new. They go above and beyond to provide a quality service. And so environmentally friendly. Will definitely be back.

Eco Auto Care is the best! I had some stubborn sap and paint splatter on my car and they removed it with ease. They gave me a great deal on the wash and wax package. When I returned to pick up my car, they had removed a bunch of minor surface scratches (even a cigarette burn on the exterior) without me even having to ask. It made my day and I can’t say enough good things about them.

I’m actually baffled by the profusion of one star reviews for this car wash. These guys and George (the manager) do a fantastic job. They’ve always been nothing but accommodating, professional, and thorough. I take my car in about once a month when I can. It’s kept my car in fantastic shape, despite the fact that I have to park outside and drive upwards of 60 miles a day. I would highly recommend Eco Auto Care Park & Wash.

Gave this place another chance due to the manager reaching out to me & offering me a free wash.
Dropped my car off at 10am & was told the wash would take 2 hours.
Went to the movies to kill time (which took 2 ½ hours).
When I came back to pick up my car I was told they haven’t even started & it would take another hour.
Was patient & waited another hour. Came back for the 2^nd time & was told they needed another hour.
Came back a 3^rd time & was told another 30 mins.
Came back a fourth time & FINALLY my car was ready.
So all together it took over 5 hours to clean a compact size car.
The kicker was they didn’t even give me enough validation to get out of the parking garage that they run their business out of.
Parking is free for the 1^st 2 hours & you need validation stickers for additional hours.
When I went back to ask for more validation stickers I was told «your wash was a complimentary wash» then was turned away.
SAVE YOUR TIME & YOUR MONEY. This place didn’t even do a good job AGAIN. My car still had bird $hit on it.
P. S. This place put very fine scratches all over my car. They use old buffering pads which will scratch up your clear coat. STAY AWAY.

Waste of time and money, even with a Living Social deal. Left my car with them for over 4 hours for a detail package. Left a nice tip expecting they had done a great job. But then I drive out of the dark parking garage and see the car in the light driving home and my car isn’t even clean (let alone getting detailed). Big dirty smudges on the sun roof and back window. The corners of all the windows show where the window was partially washed. Of course, the tree sap that I hoped to get removed with the clay bar wax was still there. They are very nice, but I definitely felt ripped off and won’t be going back.

Went back for my complimentary detail after I had a subpar one my first time. The owner personally met me there at 8am and said he was going to work on my car himself. I normally detail my car myself, but I’ve been so busy lately so I took it here.
I know what to look for in a bad detail, but there was none of that. Everything was spotless and he even cleaned my tires for me, which was not originally included. My car looked great inside and out despite me recently having been on a road trip with my front bumper speckled with exploded insects (ew).
I know he probably paid extra attention to my car this time around to get me to revise my low rating here from before, but he really did seem to genuinely care. You can tell he was a real «car guy» that just loves giving a car a good shine. My second visit here was a true 5-​star experience. However, consistency and first impressions are important and I can’t justify giving that 5^th star due to my first visit.
I will be coming back though, to see if they can earn it. :)

After another wash, it would seem that my negative experience was an anomaly. The only caveat is that since it is underground, it is hard to see streaks and marks until you’re outside. Looked spotless until I took it outside and noticed a few drops here and there. Also ended up having to pay for parking in the most Northern location. Nevertheless, the place is spot on and convenient.

I recently came here to use my groupon promotion. It was very good deal $ 32 after with coupon. The deal is for outside details and basical clean up inside. My car seat was a bit dirty and I took their $ 60 service to wash and shampoo the seat. It was ok result and wasn’t too impressive. $ 60 might be overprice for it. However the gropon deal is a steal for what it does. They actually buff and wax the car. Took their time on the exterional, which they did better on the interior seating clean, which I actually paid more for it !
Anyway I do recommed here for the groupon deal, but won’t bother with their non groupon deal service, unless is good discount.

I came here because I had bought a groupon for $ 40 for a 2 – 2.5 hour exterior-​detail package. I called the morning of the day I wanted to come in and the guy was friendly on the phone and said it was okay to come in at noontime.
Location/​Parking: We were told to go to the Green Street parking lot. Right when you turn into the parking structure, there are signs that say «Eco Park and Wash» which direct you to the basement. It was very easy to find.
Service: When I dropped off my car, the man asked if I wanted to add any other services like carpet washing because the Groupon only included the exterior. However, I dropped off my car and went to get lunch. Then I decided I wanted to inquire about interior services. When I called, the lady said that the Groupon includes a wipe down of the interior. I’m not sure why the man said that they don’t do anything in the interior when the lady said that they do. When we got back to pick up my car after 2.5 hours, my car was done. It was just an OKAY job. They did end up giving the interior a quick wipe down, which was good enough.
Cons: There were smudges of clay bar that weren’t completely wiped off. There were also water marks on my mirrors. There were also some spots of dirt that weren’t removed, which I was easily able to remove with my nails.
Overall: I’m not sure if I will be back. I think it’s hard for the workers to see the missed spots since they are working in the basement with minimal lighting, so spots are easily missed. Workers were friendly, price is reasonable with Groupon. Since I have a black car, every spot is seen. I’d suggest looking over the cars to make sure spots aren’t missed in the future.

They made my 4 year old car glean, its like brand new. Has that new car smell, shines, I think it even runs better now.
Location worked well for me, I was able to work at a local coffee shop and well, they took care of the parking.

I’ve been here one other time, they do a pretty good job. Better than an average car wash and good prices. They always have specials and they have groupon deals. FYI: it’s a no water car wash detail shop that’s in a parking garage and they include validation.

Needed a detail on my car as I haven’t done one since I bought it a few years ago but I do however keep it pretty keep on a regular basis. Figured for $ 40 I couldn’t beat this deal.
Bought the deal on living social. This was definitely better than a regular wash as my car inside was conditioned well but a few areas where spray was used were left unwiped, likely due to the lighting in the parking structure. I am used to going home and going over little areas on my car after a wash. The wheels could have been cleaned better in between the spokes as there was still dirt leftover. The trunk wasn’t vacuumed either. Looking closely when I got home showed me that there was still dirt on areas like the front bumper of the car which took a little more attention to remove. I wouldn’t expect any of these on a full detail if I paid the regular $ 100+.
Overall I got what I expected for $ 40; better than a $ 25 car wash but not quite a $ 140 full detail. Many people aren’t happy with the wash here according to Unilocal but you just have to decide what $ 40 is worth to you. I also imagine the lack of water may contribute to the length of time it takes to wash the cars and sometimes little areas not being as clean as expected.
I did end up paying a few bucks for parking as well if that makes any difference to someone and the validation they provided didn’t work as there was no parking attendant at the booth (not their fault) and cars stacked behind me so I couldn’t back up.

Original 1 star review: Went in for a basic wash & interior vacuum ($ 25). Car came back pretty clean but the workers left scratches all along the driver’s side as if someone had keys dangling from their belt while they reached up to clean the roof. Very unhappy about the scratches.

George the manager responded very quickly to the initial negative Unilocal review and hand polished the scratches out himself (fortunately they were superficial). He also offered a free wash for next time. At this point I’m undecided about returning. I commend them for the rapid response and good customer service, but it was a time-​consuming experience, and it may take several really positive experiences with them to earn my trust back.

Eco Auto’s speciality is that they are waterless and are petrochemical free. They’re located in two parking structures in Old Town Pasadena (make sure you find out which one when you make an appointment.)
I got a Groupon and made an early morning appointment. When I arrived, they didn’t seem aware of my appointment, but they serviced my car anyway and did a great job. It took them a few hours, but they validated my parking so no extra expense there.

This car wash is inside a parking structure on Colorado blvd; it is all the way at the bottom of the structure.
I came once while shopping and it was close to closing, so the person working there gave me a stamp card to use the next time I was in the area for a half off car wash. That was very generous!
I came back a few weeks later and redeemed the voucher. The person working there estimated 1 ½ hours, but it ended up being about 2 hours.
The job was okay, there were still a few smudges here and there on my car. But when I dropped off my cover it was COVERED in bird poo from parking under a berry tree, so my car was pretty terrible to begin with.
The carwash overall was okay, it was longer than the given wait time. And overall, the worker that gave me a voucher was very nice.
Although the worker was nice enough to give me a voucher for half off, I don’t think I will be back for another car wash. –For a regular car was it is $ 25, and there is a longer wait than taking it elsewhere for the most part as well as more $. I may come for headlight restoring in the future when needed, its $ 30.
This location is useful if you are going to eat or shop in the area, but in my case, I ate and window shopped a little. Which left me bored quickly.
