Thanks for taking the time to view my profile and get to know me better. My personal experiences in weight loss, pain from poor posture/movement, and in athletics, have allowed me to appreciate the struggles and hard work it takes to achieve fitness and health goals, while also providing an invaluable connection with my clients.
Currently, I hold a B. S in Kinesiology, have seven certifications, and continue my education by traveling to workshops and seminars nationally, all while self studying.
My background is in movement and nutrition, the two key elements involved in any fitness endeavor. I’ve been at the bottom and have worked my way up to excellence throughout the years– and my goal is to help others do the same.
