Alright. So Robert asked me to write down an honest review BUT do it after I’ve given the car a true run for its money. Let me start by saying its been well over 8 months since rob and i have last seen eachother in his shop, and a lot has changed. In the most sincere context, i can say this establishment is by far the most impressive. I dropped My BMW M6 (e63) on a Monday frantic and devastated. I was honestly very sad considering all that had occurred.
My car had gotten the worst news possible. I have the SMG issues. I got the SMG issue and i couldn’t describe how often i looked through M5board, as i pondered what the price would be to fix the car. As you know the SMG is so expensive to even look at. Nonetheless Rob and Co were off to the races.
After a few days of researching and testing they had come back with the news. Its either the who clutch system or, just something in there that is at fault. I closed my eyes an hoped for the best.
Friday they give me a call and ask me to pick up the car. I was blown away and i couldnt thank them enough. The price, which i won’t disclose for their company purposes, was unbelievably good. I mean GREAT. In all i can’t thank these gentleman enough for the ind work the constant phone call conversations, and the attention to detail.
Fast Forward 8 months the car still pulls, yells, and most of all SHIFTS.

Extremely happy with the service. My AUDI Q5 needed to have a rotor and front brakes replaced. So I took it here. Yeros and Robert are extremely professional with great customer service. They did a great job and only cost me half of what the dealer quote me.
A week later, my front headlight went out so I bought the parts at the dealer and took it here to have the bulb replaced. They replaced it for free. The dealer would have charged me $ 186.00 for the labor.
Highly recommend this place for any of your car trouble.

This was my second time taking my BMW here. I came for the first time about 5 months ago to have my O2 sensor replaced. When I called to inquire about a quote, Robert was so professional and pleasant and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions and explaining the issue. His quote was far below what the dealer wanted to charge me. When I took my car in there, I found out that the dealer wrote down the wrong sensor and Yeros found that out immediately after diagnosing it with his machine. I was very pleased with their service and knew I’d return as soon as I needed to. My car’s driver side door locking mechanism decided to malfunction on Christmas, so I took my car in today to have that replaced. Again, Robert and Yeros were very professional and friendly. They kept me apprised of the cost and the timeline of when my car would be ready. If you want to put your car in the hands of professionals that won’t take your wallet to the cleaners or try to scare you into thinking that your car has more issues than you thought, then take your car to Robert and Yeros. You won’t be sorry.

Happy with my first visit. Took my ’08 e60 528i in for service. They provided the services I requested and fixed another problem that I already knew needed attention (my control arm bushings), and advised me about a few things I will need in the next few months. Everything they mentioned were items I was already expecting and planning for. Seems like an honest shop, I will definitely be back for additional maintenance.
Price for services was as expected. No surprise on the parts and labor.

I dropped my audi s4 off here and they got everything fixed quickly. Not only did he work on the problem, he took care of other little issues that he found for free. He shows pictures of the work being done as well. Two really great guys who are really qualified and super friendly.

Yeros is great! A truly honest and honorable mechanic. I went yesterday to get my 35K mile service on my 2011 Audi A3 TDI and to fix my side view mirror since I stupidly cracked it getting out of a parking spot and I couldn’t of had a better experience with him. He answered my call right away and told me I could drop off my car first thing in the morning. He gave me a very honest estimate which I compared to the dealer’s estimate and to another mechanic shop estimate and his was lower for the same amount of work. He explained exactly what he was going to do and why and gave me multiple options on the type of work I could have done (as in did I want to just replace the mirror portion and just have him fix the cracks or have the whole thing replaced). When I went to go pick up my car it was beautifully washed and ready to go exactly at the time he said it would. He even gave me a discount on the labor after I told him I was very stressed about the cost since I am a graduate student. I would definitely recommend my friends and family go to him and I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! I love finding a mechanic I can trust.

I’m going to be selling my BMW and buying a newer one and knowing how expensive the repairs can be on BMW’s, naturally I wanted to get the one I was considering buying looked at before I made the decision to buy it. The seller of the car I was looking at was in Pasadena so I decided to find a BMW repair shop close to him. I checked Unilocal and found a few repair shops that had good reviews and started calling around. The first two I called quoted me $ 225.00 and $ 250.00 for the inspection fee. Having gone through this process before, I knew that was too high. Then I called Euro Motor Group and spoke with Yeros. He was very nice and helpful on the phone and quoted me $ 95.00 for the inspection. Since they also had awesome reviews on Unilocal,I decided to use them. I dropped off the car with Yeros’ brother Robert and wow, what a nice guy he is! He spent some time going over everything with me and made me feel 100% confident in their abilities. I also found out that both he and his brother Yeros are engineers so I knew I was in great hands. My fiancé and I dropped off the car and walked down the street to have lunch. They were finished with the inspection ahead of the scheduled time and went over the results with me. Based on what they told me about the car, I decided to go through with the purchase and I was also able to negotiate a lower price with the seller. It was a win win for me! Oh, one more thing. They quoted me prices to do the work and when I called my normal mechanic (whom I’ve been going to for over 15 years), their prices were the same as his! What!!! I thought my mechanic/​friend was giving me the best prices possible. His prices were nearly identical to the ones Yeros had quoted me and my guy doesn’t even specialize in BMW’s. So, not only are they professional and know their stuff, they also have great prices! They are definitely the guys to see if you need any repairs on the cars they specialize in.

Yeros and his brother Robert are great people bmw and Range Rover are very expensive to fix this place is very reasonable with there prices. And if you don’t need to fix a part they will let you know not like other places will say you need part and charging even though you do not need it. It’s very hard to find a mechanic that is reasonable and honest with you. There was one time when my engine light came on I took my car to him to diagnose my car he hooked this computer and Computer told him my gas cap was loose or broken he recapped my gas cap back on he check it again it cleared. It took him no more than five minutes and I asked him how much do I owe he told me no charge I take my cars there for any little tuneups or anything not covered under warranty this place is five stars. Great People Thanks Guys for going beyond my expectations.

It was my first time using this shop for my problematic Audi A4. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this shop and have met Yeros and «Cain,» their absolutely adorable dog who usually sits behind the desk (lol). Yeros took the time to explain everything in absolute detail and in a way that I could understand. I was amazed at the approach that he took toward resolving my car issues, which were several and complicated. He took a careful and methodical approach toward repairing my car and explained every step along the way. The price for my repairs was very reasonable and he even gave me a discount for being so patient and understanding. Yeros is the example of an honest, ethical, and intelligent mechanic and businessman. We need more auto shops like this.

We all know that a good and trustworthy mechanic is among the hardest things to find in this world. Yeros blew us away. His work was good; the car (a VW) is running like it hasn’t in years. The big deal here is that he went way beyond what would have been expected. He noticed a couple light bulbs were out and replaced them without charging us a dime. You may know, as we have come to find out, that VW bulbs are a pain in the butt to replace. He must have spent an extra 30 minutes to an hour on this… just because he wanted us to be happy and safe. This is the difference between a 4 star and a 5 star rating: actually caring about your work, the perception of your business and the customers with whom you come into contact. Also, he was polite and kind as can be. We will definitely be back and will recommend him to any and all of our fellow German car drivers.

Yeros and Robert are the absolute best! You can go to the dealer and empty your wallet while they try to find the problem or you can take your baby to these guys and get it done right the first time most often for a better price. I have had 4 Bmw’s and all if them have had Yeros and Robert’s expert hands take care of them…

I brought my E90 BMW 325i here after it had been out of warranty for ~ 35k miles. I had been going to another service place, but after a couple of years of simple services, the one larger service that I requested came in more than 50% over estimate. So I went somewhere else. They took pretty good care of basic things for a couple of years, but then there was the time they changed the oil — 2 days later all of the oil was on my garage floor. They did take care of it — flat bedding my car to the shop — but they tried to make it out to be my fault, which, duh, it wasn’t. The car dripped oil for several days and there was a big mess to clean up — and no rental replacement either. The owner kept complaining to me! OK, now what. I had some minor body touch up work done at Hilton on Walnut (they have always done a good job) and they recommended me to Euro Motor Group. I stopped by, introduced myself and found that they were two very friendly guys who seemed to know their stuff. The shop was clean.
So, I brought my car in for an oil change, also I figured that the air filter would need a change and my «angel light» bulb on the left was out. They had a look at the car, the two brothers — one immediately found another problem — an anti rattle clip had fallen off of the rear passenger brake (or had not been put back on by someone else?) — so they would replace that too. We discussed a power steering flush, which BMW leaves you somewhat uncertain about, people seem to say that ~ 100k miles is right, my car has 85k. And there was a piece from under the drivers seat which had come undone, that they would put back as well. We agreed on the work and the price. I brought the car in a couple of days later — I was given a ride back to my house. I told Yeros that I changed my mind about the power steering flush and he was totally fine with it, no problem. Some mechanics might say, but I already bought the fluid, you have to do it, or something like that. But he was fine with it. No hassle.
A few hours later he called me, he was at my house to pick me up. Super friendly and pleasant about it. Immediately I noticed the car had been washed, with the windows nicely cleaned, inside and out. That was really nice!
The work was done perfectly. Yeros pointed out that the oil filter on my car — from my previous shop, a premium oil service job costing ~ $ 130 — was a cheap one, basically junk. They don’t even come with gaskets, so if you forget to put one on, all of your oil can leak out — exactly what happened! So I had paid for a premium oil change and got a crappy filter — thanks a lot R*g*r at C*l*r*d* S*e*l — a nice way to screw a customer, because I really don’t check the filter after an oil change — and even if I did, I am not sure that I would know a good one from a cheap one.
So you should bring your car here because you will get a very intelligent and honest assessment of what is best for your car without pressure. They will check over your car and suggest other things that might need to be done (the brake clip in my case) rather than just getting you out of the shop as quickly as possible. They are truly pleasant, kind guys who have integrity, competence and knowledge. Yeros is a mechanical engineer, I believe his brother has an engineering related degree as well. They use the best parts, at reasonable prices. They explain everything they are going to do, and then did, in detail, patiently. They picked me up and dropped me off and were very pleasant about it. The car was washed. The shop was clean, everything was on time. And, the brothers truly struck me as nice guys who take a lot of pride in their work, who truly care that you are happy with their service. I believe I can trust my car to them 100%.

Yeros was wonderful. He took great care of my BMW and explained everything in detail. The price was quite reasonable for quality work. This place was recommended by a friend and I am now a customer forever.

These guys Robert and Yeros, owners of Euro Motor Group in Pasadena, went far beyond my expectation. I was sick and tired of taking my Mercedes 350 and my Porsche Cayenne to the authorized dealers for service because they always try to oversell you and push for something that you might not need right away. The result is consistently a bill for service well beyond what you expect. I found Euro Motor in Unilocal and decided to give it a try. These guys are not only friendly, they are very knowledgeble, explain in detail what work needs to be done as well as the budget. So, there are no suprises. They show you the parts that were replaced and give you a clean vehicle. The overall experience is definitely first class and you don;t get the feeling that you are being screwed as you always do with authorized dealers service. I found them in Unilocal and I thought I had the obligation to give something in return by writing this small review.

Once my BMW warranty expired and I was due for service, I knew I had to find an honest, independent BMW mechanic or forever be at the mercy of dishonest, ridiculously overpriced dealerships. (yes you, Monrovia BMW!) I turned to Unilocal for help, and read good reviews about Euro Motor Group, and boy, I hit the jackpot! Yeros and his brother Robert run a very clean, professional, efficient shop. After inspecting my BMW x3, Yeros gave me a very clear, simple explanation about what my car needed. When I picked up my car, he took the time to explain in detail about the work, even showing me the parts so I would really understand. I really trust them, and after this experience I will be a loyal customer. They are very educated and knowledgeable. And their pricing is super reasonable. Yeros even gave me a schedule of what I could expect in the future for maintenance to is keep my car running smoothly. Try them, you won’t be disappointed! Their beautiful dog is icing on the cake, and friendly too!

I have been bringing my cars here for about three years now and I have not been disappointed. They are very friendly and seem to be standup guys. They don’t try to take advantage of you or upsell you. My expectations are always met and usually exceeded. There’s only one other shop in LA (which is in Pasadena coincidentally) that I trust, but for my German cars, I go to Euro Motor Group.

Wow, I really loved these guys. I was frustrated with sleazy salesmen while buying a used BMW, so when I found the car I wanted, I wanted to get it checked out by trustworthy mechanics. Basically, I needed to find a mechanic near the dealership and fast. I googled and found EURO MOTOR GROUP in Pasadena, and was so pleased now am a dedicated customer. They are fast, easy to talk to, and proficient. As a woman I usually get «talked down-​to» in a condescending way by mechanics (even though I’m a really good driver, and understand a lot under the hood) but Robert and his brother (sorry, I forgot his name) were eager to explain in clear terms, answer questions, and (because I asked) happy to show me specifics with a flashlight under the hood. They stuck to their price, and even gave me some driving tips specific to my model car. Loved them so much, I got my break pads redone and a bunch of other little things. And will definitely go back in the future. Also, a 10 minute walk from the Allen Metro station, and they have the most awesome dog that «mans» the front desk. Thank you for making my used car new again Euro Motor Group!

Best mechanics I’ve ever used. They love working on German cars as if it’s a hobby instead of their livelihood. They charge a very fair price which turns into a bargain because there’s no nickel-​and-​diming. If they can fix something for $ 75 instead of buying a new part for $ 300 they’ll do it. Only place I’ll bring my BMW X5 or Carrera C4S.

Euro Motor Group is a great place to go. They do an excellent job and are super friendly and really do enjoy working and fixing cars, and that’s something you don’t see everyday. I recommend everyone to go there and give them a try, im sure you wont be disappointed!
