Everyday Appliance Service

This review is long overdue. Jacob has been our appliance go to guy for years. He has kept our old refrigerator and washer and dryer going long past their expiration dates and he is a great guy.
I have recommended him to my neighbors and my Grandmother and other family members and they all adore him.
His prices are reasonable and he does a great job.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. The guy that works from the Glendale phone number, is super rude and doesn’t do his job. I requested a manufacturer warranty repair as this place is contracted with that corporation. He claims he tried to contact me but he never did and is super rude. He never showed up to my place to fix my fridge and when I called him he told me to find another person because «he already installed it» even though my case wasn’t an installation! I sat in my home, taking time off work for TWO four hour appointments that he didn’t show up to. If you hate your job dude, find something else to do with your life.

This guy with a heavy accent is the biggest asshole thief.
It took him a month to fix my dishwasher and when he sealed it up he didn’t close it properly now it
He supposedly states that he has a (30) thirty day warranty on labor, but he refuses to come back to fix his mistake because «I give the warranty to your home insurance, if you want me to fix it make another claim [pay $ 45.00] and I will come to fix it]
Stay Away from this Guy, he is nothing but a greedy Bastard, lier!!!

I had a problem with my washing machine filling up with water after it was done and my dryer would not always dry the clothes. Jacob came on time and had already promised to give me a senior discount. While he worked on the washing machine he tested the dryer for it’s heating ability. A part was needed for the washer. Jacob told me he could get the part in a couple of days but it would cost $ 20 more or I could save $ 20 but it may take 2 weeks. As for the dryer he said the temperature is right on but he could put in the suspected part but wouldn’t be able to guarantee it was the problem. His recommendation was to run it till it quits, don’t waste your money. The washing machine part came in and he offered to come over on a Sat. evening at 7
complete the job. I told him to go home and enjoy his family. He showed up bright and early, fixed the washer in no time and checked the hoses. He cleaned up the water that leaked behind the washer. While fixing the washer I explained a problem I was having with my refrigerator and the exorbitant price I was quoted a couple of years ago by a well-​known service company. He told me what to do to get around the problem since the part is no longer being made. Jacob is now my official appliance repair «go to man». He’s good, honest and fair.

Got great same day service from Everyday. The thermostat in my LG dryer stopped working. No more heat. I called them at 9 and they had a repairman at my house at 3 — exactly when they said they would come. He repaired and cleaned the dryer, and now it works fine. They give a 25% labor discount on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so their price is really fair. Highly recommended!

Called to get warranty service on my portable dishwasher on a Tuesday, and was offered an appointment for the next day! Jacob came out, fixed the problem in half an hour, and the dishwasher works great! Excellent service.

I called because my washing machine went on the fritz and Jacob was here within the hour. Another hour and it was fixed (two problems), the rate was reasonable he was personable and the whole project went well. While he was here I had him look at my oven door which was held closed with a bungee cord. He fixed that also. I definitely will be calling him again – he fixes all appliances. A bit of an accent makes him difficult to understand on the phone, but in person there is no problem whatsoever.
