I was in Kinkos just a minute ago and they have upgraded the machines and building nicely… But that is it the service really sucks… after asking for help and waiting 10 minutes and then spoke with the manager? (a person dressed differently delegating responsibility) and she said the lady will be up there in a minute she’s getting her drawer… I then told her it wasn’t a financial thing and she continued to say oh she’s getting her drawer she’ll be there in a minute…

I called at 5:00 on a Saturday I see if I would be able to bring in a painting that I didn’t have a box for, to have packed and shipped there. They answered the phone right away, Mike was polite and professional, and told me that they do have boxes large enough for my needs.
I came in 5 minutes later and was helped right away by a very kind woman. She got me out quickly and again with professionalism and a friendly attitude. The store was clean and wasn’t too busy.
I had 1 hour parking right out front and my art was shipped faster than I expected with their standard Ground service. Great experience!

Horrible place. Always make customers wait so long… Only merit is that it runs 24 hour

Good for that. We were helped pretty quickly, so I don’t have much else to say. We were in and out in under ten minutes.

Wow I was really in and out. I just parked on the street on Colorado Boulevard great parking area have lots of parking spaces I went inside there were so professional. He took my envelope right away I paid I get my tracking number and I’m out in and out so far so good

FedEx Kinkos is a perfect example of too big to fail. I have rarely been to one of these that is well run. This one is no exception.
The quality isn’t bad but let’s be serious, they’re printing paper and binding it. A trained animal could probably do it if they had opposable thumbs. It’s the fact that I believe the interview process to work here is — do you have a pulse? Yes? Great you’re hired. Now go stand toward the back and stare blankly at people waiting in line.

Do not have passport photos done at this location. Photos were done incorrectly and rejected by the Passport Office in The Federal Building in Los Angeles. I had to have them retaken there in order to get some credited passport processed.
To make matters worse, when I returned to get a refund, as directed by the Federal Passport Office, the Ast Mgr argued with me. When I asked for Manager, Wesley Bean, he continued to argue. I eventually received my refund but not until he had tried to blame me for his employee taking unacceptable photos. Will be contacting corporate office regarding Assistant Managers behavior. Sometimes one needs to just apologize and refund, not blame customer.
They can take photos at the Post Office or the Federal Building and you be assured they will be correct.

Morning crew helpful friendly. Late night crew slow. INTERNET HORRIBLE. They should be embarrassed. What a terd.

Had to fax my medical papers to my insurance adjuster and the female clerk was not only friendly but very patient and helpful! Well definitely come back!

Horrible! Horrible service… horrible printing… they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m a graphic designer and went twice today to get a simple one page job printed on nice paper. They screwed it up both times. Got fed up and went next door to «Pasadena Image Printing» — they saved the day!!!

Awful quality and service I got a passport photo and it was so bad that after I paid I looked at it and gave it back and told them to just shred it. Do not go here ever

Michael in the Create, Copy & Print section was extremely helpful when he printed my headshots and resume — they look great!

The ONLY people that work at this place that are amazing and can get what you need done is a kind and sweet woman named Fisaye (hope I spelt that right) and a nice guy named Bassilios. If anyone who works there is reading this including the management: PLEASE hire more employees like them, because the rest of the staff is really bad!
I have been here countless times and honestly the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!
If you are so miserable with working in a customer service industry. please go work in an office. For the love of God hiring manager… hire some decent people like the 2 mentioned.
Go to the printing place next door. they are WAY nicer, if printing is all you need.

My review is based solely on my experience with customer service on shipping items.
Terrible. Just absolutely terrible customer service. I think of myself as someone with a sunny disposition. A positive outlook and friendly attitude but each time I come in the service reps are pretentious, passive agressive, and lackadaisical. They just suck the life out of me. And since this was my 3^rd negative experience I’ll just go somewhere else.
If your job sucks, I’m sorry. I hope that at the very least you can look at your customers as the most positive aspect to the misery of your time spent there. But as a paying customer I expect basic manners. Please don’t assume that this is all old hat to me. Don’t roll your eyes. And above all else. Be polite. Please and thank you would be nice.
Today I sent out an item. «$ 31.72,» they said «for 5-​day ground shipping». I repeated, «$ 31.72?» He rolls his eyes and says in a blunt and passive agressive manner, «Yes, it’s going in a truck across the country.» I stared blankly and said, «Oh ok, I think I’ll go somewhere else.»

It’s hit and miss here. Sometimes you run into staff that isn’t professional and of no help at all. I’ve been here for simple shipping requests and it was like pulling teeth. I’ve had great experience with a guy named Mike. He was on point at a time when I really needed someone who worked there to give a damn.

To the FedEx employees on Colorado Blvd and Lake Ave in Pasadena and those who visit this location,
I understand that you work with these printing machines on a day to day basis however, this does not mean that I am completely computer illiterate and don’t know what I’m talking about with regards to my documents. Some people, like myself use document editing software and copy written material regularly. I do know what I’m doing.
Every time you ask an employee a question at this location, they look at you and treat you like a complete moron. You’re in the business of customer service, so please have some respect and act like it!

I wasn’t sure what to think when placing my order here because of the terrible reviews. In any case, I decided to place an order here with this location because our company has a contract/​account with them. I wanted to place an order for a particular item that we had available on our doc store (online store) with them. When I came to pick it up, I was told they did not have that type of paper in that size, so it would cost me DOUBLE just to get it printed on one of their specialty Canon printers because they would also have to custom-​cut it.
How do you have a contract with an organization and not have all of the necessary tools, papers, etc to be able to complete the jobs? The manager then said he could transfer the order to another location a few cities over to which I agreed.
I went home later that evening and called this other location and they said they had NEVER heard from this location that an order was being transferred. In fact, the other manager at the location It was suppose to be transferred said he had just seen the other manager at my original location (this one)… and nothing was mentioned!
So, I called this location back and asked them what was going on. One of their workers finally just said he would do the job and not charge me twice for it. Which I thought was nice… but really, how do you do business if you do not have the agreed upon materials?

Usually have to wait a while. But once you’re being helped it’s fast and efficient. They have comps and printers you can use and have the print out service as well. Parking in the back, accessible from Hudson or lake.

I ONLY come here to pick up held packages. This FedEx is open 24 hours!
SERVICE
I don’t know how it is during the day, but at night, this place doesn’t have too many people working (understandably). I’ve never had to wait too long to pick up my packages though. The whole 24 hour thing is just awesome though (I hate how USPS hours are smack dab in the middle of working hours for normal jobs… who has time to even go to the post office other than the tiny Saturday window)
PARKING
There is free parking in the back but I like to parking out front on the street. I think street parking may be metered. If you are like me and only have time to come here after 8pm, then street parking will work for you too.

I was amazed at the professionalism and courtesy of all of the FedEx staff to help me get my important documents taken care of and ship in a timely manner. Highly recommend to all the other Unilocalers.
Larry in particular showed dedication, courtesy and professional business acumen in helping me.
