My wife and I walked in here to check out the patio furniture and not a single word was said to us. There was one sales guy just sitting on a sofa looking at us while two other people behind a desk ignored us. They weren’t even helping other people. Pretty pathetic, we won’t be coming back for sure. I wish I can give them negative stars…

I have to confess I’ve never been inside but I dropped my car keys outside the store, went to lunch and went about the rest of my day. It wasn’t until dinner time that I realized they were missing. I couldn’t find them anywhere.
I remembered we parked in front of this great patio store (I remembered the outdoor display) I looked up the store and called them. A couple had found them and handed them in! Then Lester brought them over to the architectural firm next store but when I called him, he kindly walked over there and dropped my keys off at the restaurant which was open late enough for me to go back and pick them up!

By far the best and biggest selection of patio furniture anywhere. Our salesman, Steve, was great; he knew what to show us; asked all the right questions; and walked us thru the custom order process. Yes, it took a few weeks to get our order delivered, but when it arrived, we were completed satisfied with our choices.
Go there first, and don’t waste time and gas driving around!

If you are looking to get outdoor furniture, do yourself a favor. Go to an outdoor funiture store. Not an arts and crafts store. I bought an expensive outdoor fire pit that stained after 4 months. I spent the money beacuse I wanted something that would last. Well, after 4 months of back and forth emails, I’m stuck with the fire pit that they supposedly polished up. Had I bought it at Costco, I would have saved half the money and they would have stood by their product. I wouldn’t even go back for their overpriced Arts, Crafts, and Decorations after my experience.

Poor experience with bad customer service. It took 7 months to get the entire order due to manufacturing issues. Very frustrated with the number of follow up calls I had to make to get the status or move this along. When I asked for compensation for the inconvenience I was told I was the worst customer they had dealt with in 30 years and they would not do anything for me ???
Wow.
I will definitely not purchase from them again.

Fishbecks was fantastic! The first set that I purchased went with us when we moved from Pasadena. Our new house had windows that reflected the sun onto the furniture and it actually melted. Yes, the furniture melted from the heat. I called the store and spoke to the manager. She was very knowledgable and worked with the furniture manufacturer to replace my furniture. We purchase a whole new set but I different manufacturer. It’s been great, we’re going on our second summer.
Also, they’re prices are very competitive. I saw the same furniture I had purchased from Fishbecks (delivered and set up) on an discounted online shopping site (One Kings Lane) and it was priced MUCH higher.

The staff are lazy. I walked in there one afternoon and not even a single associate acknowledge my existence. They stood around talking in the corner and pretend they didn’t see a customer shopping.
There stuff are overprice! I rather drive a little further to Universal Patio instead of dealing with these lazy people.

I did a ton of shopping around for patio furniture this summer and out of all the many places I investigated, Fishbecks had by far the best selection. They are well-​stocked with high-​end brands and their sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you are patient, do your research ahead of time, know what you are looking for, and come toward the end of the season, you can really catch some outstanding deals. I worked with a salesperson named Lester and he was fantastic. Yes, there’s a 4 – 6 week wait for your order to be fulfilled, but that’s standard for brands like O.W. Lee; Brown Jordan; etc. My items were delivered this morning at the exact time they specified and the goods exceeded even my most optimistic expectations. I’m completely satisfied with this transaction and really glad my research led me to Fishbecks. (P.s., I ended up sourcing my outdoor rug and pillows to complete the «look» I was striving for from online vendors, not Fishbecks.)

Yep, this place is right out of Gilligan’s Island. Same plastic plants and vintage salespeople. Same tacky vibe. But I have to agree with a previous reviewer, it is a step above the hardware store – actually, a few steps up. Fishbeck carries a very nice selection of high-​end brands. They have lots of furniture on the showroom floor, but it is not styled particularly well and the salespeople are not design savvy, so bring your imagination. It is not likely that you will be able to select anything off the floor and bring it home with you, so you’ll have to special order it and wait 5+ weeks.
We have placed two orders here and both were delivered incorrectly. Although the first order was correct on our invoice, the salesperson was not careful when he ordered it so the table that arrived was not the right color. The good news is that they quickly acknowledged their mistake and ordered the correct one. We had to wait another six weeks, though, for the right one. While we were waiting, they let us use the one they had mistakenly ordered.
On our second order, the wrong sofa was delivered. Turned out that the right one was ordered, but the guys grabbed the wrong one from the warehouse to deliver. To their credit, they apologized, went right back to the store, got the right one and delivered it to us within the half hour. No harm, no foul.
Bottom line, if you know your patio furniture and can do the research and styling yourself, it’s okay to deal with Skipper, the Professor and Mary Ann. The customer service is good, just not great. They are very nice and sweet and will even let you take pieces home to check the scale. One called the factory to track down a discontinued fabric for us and was successful in locating it. That kind of initiative is unheard of these days. But with the mistakes and the lack of design consulting, we just can’t give them any more than three stars. Just check your expectations at the door and have a lot of patience. Things move slower on the uncharted desert isle.

A way better selection of patio furniture than you’d find at a hardware store. They have two big showrooms and one courtyard full of iron, wood, wicker, etc I found my dream patio set there and got it for a great price at their big sale (30% off). Sales people were very friendly and they have delivery service.
