Free Flo Rooter is a family owned Plumbing business started by two brothers with a common goal of providing their customers with fast, quality service at an affordable price. With one brother’s plumbing career beginning in 2002 and the other having a lifetime of experience in customer service, these brothers have put together their skills to create a customer-​focused plumbing company.

He has built Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing from the bottom up, learning all there is to know about what it takes to keep his customers happy and the Plumbing business running smoothly. He understands that in a business, his employees/​plumbers are a mirror image of himself, and as a leader his job is to coach and develop his team to focus on customer delight and make sure that each and every customer is treated like they matter. His technicians are top quality trained professional plumbers that will get the job done right the first time. Rafee comes from a customer service background and knows that there is no business without quality service. Growing up in Los Angeles, sfv, San Fernando Valley area he understands the city and the importants of customer care.

One morning i woke up and realized I didn’t have any hot water. Panicked, I called the gas company who came out and told me I would need to get my water heater fixed. I called around for a plumber but was quickly told that GE water heaters are very hard to fix and I would likely need to call GE for the parts or at least a plumber who carried the parts. I then called GE who told me that my water heater was not under warranty and told me to call a list of plumbers who would likely cover GE parts. Those numbers led me to busy signals and more busy schedules. Defeated, I went back onto trusty Unilocal and found local plumbers.
Finally, I talked to Reuben who, unlike other plumbers didn’t quote me a price and try to get me to commit to them, but told me instead that he would call GE for me. He assured me that my water heater is likely under warranty. 10 minutes later, he called me back and said that he is having the parts overnighted to my house. He did this and still did not pressure me to commit to him! What a nice guy! He did say he could be by to install them when they arrived the next day. His quote was about HALF of what other plumbers had quoted me. And like he told me, the parts arrived the next morning and he came to my house on Saturday and fixed my water heater in 15 min flat.
Thank you so much Reuben for going the extra mile and talking to GE customer service for me then coming on a weekend so I could have some hot water! You relieved all my stress!

Called these guys the day before Mothers Day because my water heater was acting up. Ben at Free Flo spent several minutes on the phone with me trying to walk me through possible fixes to spare me the cost of coming out. Even though we weren’t able to fix over the phone, I really appreciated the fact that he was trying to save me a few bucks. He then quickly dispatched Ruben who was at my house in about an hour. Extremely professional and had my water heater back up and running on no time, explaining to me what went wrong. Price was fair, service was fantastic. Would definitely use these guys again.

No way! I called around 7pm at night– had double sink clogged and was headed out of town for 5 days following morning. At first, guy seemed nice. Said he had someone in the field who could come out– he would call me in 5 mins. Never called back. So I called the # he phoned from; got a different guy. Said he would call first guy and call me back in 5 mins. You guessed it, didn’t call either. If you cant call back and even say hey, we cant do the job tonite, etc, u don’t deserve my business

I found these guys by searching the internet, but I hadn’t read any reviews. For some reason I trusted Ruben over the phone and wasn’t disappointed when he arrived. He fixed the main problem quickly and where another company might have tried to take advantage of us, he explained the other problem was not a burst pipe and that we didn’t need to have it worked on. Everything is running fine.

Ruben and Ben did a great job. We had a pipe burst and Ruben was here to fix it up right away. We ended up proceeding with repiping all the old galvanized pipes under and behind our house. These guys and their team are professional and courteous. Highly recommend and would use them again. Thanks!!!

First time using this plumbing company and I had an unexpected surprise! They showed up, they were very professional, knowledgeable, called before they came to confirm and did the job quickly! They assessed my pipe leak quick and with as little after repair work as possible. They avoided going through wall board and went into the attic to repair the pipe with the leak! Thanks guys! Raffia was extremely helpful with my toilet being clogged. And it truly was a situation! My sister had clogged the toilet with goodness knows what and he came within 2 hours, fixed my toilet and now I can have my friend over next week to stay with us without he embarrassment! I found you guys on Unilocal and will definitely use you if I ever have an issue again. The responsiveness was awesome!

Excellent customer service by Ben and Ruben. Even though they were booked solid, I was still able to be included as the last appointment of the day. While many other companies would have probably canceled after the appointment ran 2.75 hours late, Ruben still came by and took the time to clear the blocked main line three times to ensure the blockage was clear. Definitely will refer and utilize their rooter service again!

Ben and Ruben are GREAT! My brand new sink backed up at 6 pm on New Years eve and between the two of them they worked it out so that I could get prompt service. Ben was there within an hour of my call and he cleared the clog quickly and (most importantly) cleanly! Not a speck of muck anywhere, and apparently, it was quite a greasy, mucky mess in my pipes. Thank you guys! You’re my first call in the future.

Ruben and the Free Flo Plumber are as good as it gets when you need an emergency plumber. I had a catastrophic plumbing leak in my bathroom condo during middle of the night even the property manager refused to come out to shut off the water. Ruben came under 30 minutes and immediately diagnosed the problem shut down the correct main and repaired the issue. I highly recommend you keep these guys on speed dial if you have a condo property. They also followed up and did a great job checking my condo for any additional leaks. They are now and probably will be my go to plumber. If you need a pro or in a jam call these guys! It was a Saturday evening after 6:00pm, our shower drain was clogged and what plumber can you call at that time and not get hosed? Free Flo Plumbing! When I called, I expected to leave a message and hope that someone would get back to me by the next morning. Low and behold Ruben answered the phone. He asked me what the problem was and after I explained it to him he said that he was finishing up another job and will call me when he is on his way. He estimated about 1 ½ hours but he actually called me within 30 minutes. He was at our house in no time and took care of the clog. He was done within 30 minutes and he did not charge us extra for coming after business hours. We are extremely pleased with Ruben and Free Flo Plumbing. We will use them again and we highly recommend them to everyone.

Kitchen sink was clogged. Called Free Flo based on their reviews and location. Called at 8:00 AM and left a message. Reuben called back 10 minutes later and was very nice. To my delight, he was here 30 minutes later. Unclogged our sink in less than 15 min. Great service. Will use again!

Absolutely fantastic service. I couldn’t be more pleased because I needed a plumber desperately and at the absolute worst moment and they were there for me in an instant. Usually I have to deal with morons when it came to plumbing services and I’ve used plenty in the past but Free Flo Rooter were a courteous group of guys who bent their backs to do this huge job for me that I needed done asap and they pulled through with flying colors. Oh ya, their prices were affordable too to which I know for a fact that I’ll be using these guys again and again.
It was a big bonus too that the owner of the business is a Miami Dolphins lover because I AM TOO!!! Once my panic settled over the disaster that I was faced with and seeing as the plumbers were wrapping up the job on time all me and the owner Rafee did was talk about Dan Marino and Miami Dolphins.
Please don’t hesitate to call these guys, they get the job done!
