Shannon M.

Business Owner

My name is Shannon M., I am a certified Special Education teacher in the state of Maryland with over 14 years of experience teaching children in the public school setting, as well as in the private special education sector. I recently left the public school system in order to pursue my passion of advocating and assisting parents to navigate the special education process. I come to you with an extensive knowledge of the various school systems in Maryland and a proven track record in working collaboratively with other professionals to meet the needs of your child. I firmly believe that every minute a child with a disability spends without the appropriate services, remediation and interventions is lost time which becomes more difficult to recover. I can help you gain control of your child’s education by assisting with understanding special education jargon, and cutting through all of the red tape!
