Energy Healing and Holistic Counseling

In a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the session will begin with a dialogue between the practitioner and the client. The client will be asked questions about his/​her mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. With this information, the client will then proceed to the massage table. This is where the practitioner will gently place their hands just above or on the client and clear any stagnant and blocked chi (energy) and balance the chakras. The client is always fully clothed. The entire session lasts approximately one to one and a half hours. To gain maximum benefits, regular sessions are recommended.

Energy healing can be used in conjunction with or as an adjunct to both medical and non-​medical cares and is safe for all ages.

History

Established in 2009.

Energy healing increases the flow of energy through the body holistically using the mind, body and spirit. This enables the self to heal naturally and restore the body’s balance making for a greater sense of well being, peace and calmness.

Body mind counseling helps bridge the gap between psychotherapy and bodywork assisting with conflict/​resolution, intimacy, health challenges, parenting skills, and more.

Lisa believes in nurturing the entire self, body and soul to achieve mental, emotional, and physical wellness. This is accomplished by supporting your body’s natural healing mechanisms to give you a greater sense of well-​being, peace and calmness. Lisa can help you with relationships, trauma, illness, and/​or disease, so that you feel whole again!

A certified Energy Healing Practitioner (EHP) and Body Mind Counselor (BMC), Lisa has over four years of training with the distinguished Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal Energy Healing.

Before entering the field of Energy Healing, Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California with a degree in Journalism and worked in Broadcast Journalism for over ten years.

She is a member of Healing Touch International and is insured by Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
