Do not under any circumstances see this«doctor». I was referred to him after my wonderful doctor passed away. Dr. Johnson was rude, offensive, HITONME!, accused my of not knowing my husband was a Muslim(which he is not), asked me who I was voting for in the election and demanded payment and refused to bill my insurance. I have never been so uncomfortable with a doctor in my life!

Did not recognize me, as a patient of his, in his waiting room. On subsequent visits he asked me questions that he had asked me last time. Just made me feel not very well taken care of. He swears during his discourse, tells anecdotes about his own life, and talks about other patients. He interrupts me to do this, which would be OK if I wasn’t paying him for his time. He was the first psychiatrist I ever saw, and the medications he prescribed me right off the bat had a strong abuse risk profile, as I later found out. Wasn’t very receptive to my wanting to be put on something less habit forming.

it says here when you put one star that it says«Eek! Me thinks not.» That is so far from the level of negativity I feel towards this man. I trusted him to be my psychiatrist for over a year. He was consistently inappropriate, such as telling stories about his other clients(at least he didn’t use their names!), He also told long-winded stories about himself including his online dates and he also told jokes during sessions. The only reason I stayed with him, was because he DID give practical advice and was helpful in that way. He also was very responsible in replying to pharmacy requests, which many doctors are not. I ended working with him when he actually came on to me. I later found out in warning people about him, that he is also a child psychiatrist. THIS was so disturbing to me. Therefore, I HIGHLY discourage you from sending your child to him and if you see him be aware of this likely ludicrous behavior. I am currently filing a complaint against him with the state.
