I was recommended by a friend who was rear ended and dealt with the insurance company on his own. The insurance company’s is to save as much money as possible and pay for damages/​injury as little as possible.
Went to James and the office took care of it. I didn’t have to do much as they dealt with the insurance company directly.
Staff are courteous and professional, and answer to your questions in a timely manner.
