Do not park here. They charge you full fee even if you come in moments before 5pm. $ 12 for 2 hrs? there is much more affordable parking elsewhere.

This is the my worst experience with them. There monthly charges have increased recently from $ 75 to $ 90.
The structure has leaks all over place, water puddles every where, and if you forget your monthly pass WILL have to pay $ 12. No exceptions, even though you already paid for while month in advance.
Will not recommend it. Colorado One Parking is better in around the area! There managemnet is much better.
