Pulled up to the pump for gas but needed to use the restroom first. Bathroom door locked. Asked the guy for the key. According to him you gotta establish your bonafides by pumping gas first, then you can use it. Maybe that’s how they do it where he comes from.

I have been a customer for months but will stop continuing my business here because of poor customer service. If I could, I would give this 0 out of 5 stars. The attendant today was rude when I stated I would like change back. His tone of voice was condescending and he tossed my change on the counter. I left without a word and controlled myself, knowing this man would get worse if I continued to push myself further. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION. Unless the employees change their attitudes, which is impossible, I HIGHLY recommend going to a different gas station.

I was a loyal customer here for a few years, until around 4:15 p.m. today. This gasoline station used to be one of the most expensive gas stations in the area, but I still continued going here despite the higher prices. A few months ago they began lowering their prices, so it gets more crowded now which is no big deal. This afternoon I asked the attendant politely if he could put the air on so I could put air in my tires, he told me the air is free for customers and I told him I go there at least once a week. He was beyond rude and even questioned my customer loyalty and even said he never had seen me there before and said the air would be $.75. The reason he probably hasn’t seen me is because I tend to put gas late at night when he is not there and the younger tall gentleman is working and not just that, I rarely go inside because I always pay with my credit card. Then finally after speaking to the attendant for a few minutes, which sounded like he was the owner, he finally decided to put the air on. If it wasn’t for my tires being low in air, I would have driven off, but I went ahead and filled my tires because I didn’t want anything to happen to my new run flat tires. Due to the duties of my job, I am continuously on the road visiting clients, so I spend around $ 400 – 500 in gasoline a month at the least. I refuse to bring my business back here again! Now I understand why some of my friends and family members disliked coming here! This gas station needs to understand they are providing a product to consumers, in this case gasoline so they need to be aware that there are PLENTY of gas stations to choose from and the only way to truly set yourself aside from the competition is to have good customer service and this place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

An employee was rude to me. I tried to use the ATM and it didn’t work, so I asked the checker for help. He ignored me and instead asked my date how he could help him. When I told him what happened, he really did not care at all, told me it wasn’t his problem, and did all he could to get rid of me as fast as possible. It would have been alright if he told me there was nothing he could do, but he took an attitude with me and seemed eager to pick a verbal fight.

The nozzles are old and the buttons are all broken. They surely need to upgrade their stations. I can barely see the digits on the monitor since they are all blur. The old guy seems to be upset all the time said to me after I asked for his help since I thought the button for 91 didn’t work that «I don’t think you know how to pump the gas mami“TWICE! and aggressively bashed the button several times. Then it started to fill up my tank. OK who the fuck know It needed to be bashed that hard when Shell’s one need a lot less afford? I mean I know you are moody and think I’m dumb but you can’t talked to me like that though. Surely recommend others to take their business somewhere else.

I bought gas here and wanted to use the air pump but they told me I had to pay for it. Which is against the law. When I told him it was against the law he told me the laws changed, however right next to him was a sign saying that water and air is free…

Great, convenient location right off the 210, and the prices are one of the lowest in a 5 or 10 mile radius. It’s usually not too busy, and take all major credit cards. What’s not to like?

Typical 76 gas station. Has 10 well maintained gas pump stations. Not crowded at all partly because the locations is not the most strategic IMO and the price is not the cheapest in the area.
