At Mockensturm LLP, our lawyers provide business and tax-​related legal and accounting services for a wide range of clients. We have extensive experience dealing with the IRS as well as state and local tax authorities. Our daily contacts with tax officials provide many opportunities to reach the best possible outcome for our clients.

We also have extensive experience in business, real estate and estate planning areas. Because all of our professionals have unique training in business and financial matters, our clients benefit from a comprehensive «big picture» approach that is not only effective but cost-​efficient as well.

Meet the Manager

Joshua D.

Manager

Joshua R. Driskell has been with Mockensturm LLP since 2011 and focuses his practice primarily in the areas of tax law, bankruptcy, consumer law and student loan law. Since law school Joshua has been involved in hundreds of cases and prides himself on being able to get a fair and reasonable resolution for his clients. When Mockensturm LLP made the decision to expand its thriving practice to the west coast Joshua was excited at the opportunity to not only lead the expanding office, but to help clients in another part of the country with their tax and legal issues.

In addition to his Juris Doctor degree, Joshua has a Master’s of Business Administration degree which helps him understand the unique needs of business clients and also understand the complicated areas of law in which he practices. While in law school Joshua was the president of the American Bar Association-​Law School Division and was a teaching assistant for several courses including Legal Research and Writing.
