The WORSTWORSTWORST. I can’t believe how terrible their customer service is in general but especially to veterans. I cancelled my appointment days in advance, after leaving three voicemails with no call back, yet instead of canceling it they marked me as a no show and now I’m having to go through this nightmare process again. Awful awful company. Will be filing a complaint with the VA

If you are a veteran and they the VA tries to send you to one of msla’s «clinics» for evalutation, refuse and demand to be seen by in house VA personnel. The contracted«Dr» spent less than an hour, skipped ½ of the 9 service connected issues very superficial if that, and in my opinion would border on medical malpractice. Stay clear if you are doing a ratings evaluation for compensation and pension. In my opinion it is the medical equilivant of the online college diploma mills!!!
