Groupstride classes effectively integrate the Strider and a variety of training modalities such as; body-weight exercises, weighted ropes, dumbbells, sandbells, resistance bands and much more to give you a full body high energy workout designed to help you build lean muscle and burn fat!
History
Established in 1997.
No Excuses Fitness was established in 1997, located in Pasadena, CA. Roland Nahapetian has created a very exciting and effective group fitness class called Groupstride, the class developed into a popular and exciting workout with 20 weekly classes. Our 45 minute classes are packed with carefully choreographed exercises designed to help with weight loss and strength development.
