Found this A/​C repair shop from Unilocal.Called and took my car in. Had Leo helping me out, great guy. Explained what needed to be done. Diagnosed my car gave me an estimate and repaired it fast. Truely very professional shop specializing in auto air conditioning. Thanx to Unilocal found them and would highly recommend if your looking for honest and a professional repair shop… Once again thank you One Stop for your services.

I walked into One Stop Auto based on a referral from Hrant in Pasadena. I was having issues with my A/​c in my car and thought it might need some recharge/​freon. I go to pick up my car and they assessed my a/​c in my car, should be 500 for a temporary fix of my expansion valve and 800 for a permanent fix. That was more than I wanted to spend and I didn’t like how pushy they were and how they treated me. So I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion. Turns out my expansion valve was not broken and all I needed was freon. Total cost $ 40 for a freon recharge. I saved over $ 450 by taking my car elsewhere.
Bottom line One Stop Auto in my experience is going to try to swindle you. If they tried it once to me, they might do it to you. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I was looking for a nearby shop because my car had an electric issue. Luckily I found One Stop on Unilocal and was so happy with their service. First of all they gave me a next day appointment. Leo, who I think was the manager, was so quick in diagnosing the problem, thoroughly explained to me how he’s going to correct the problem. What shocked me was that he kept the shop open after business hours to finish working on my car. Without any doubt, I will go back and will recommend it to others. Thanks again!

This review is way over due and should’ve been written much sooner… First of all I have a undying passion automobiles, I’ve own many from vintage Chevy’s to late model Mercedes, so I’m very particular as to whom I trust to work on my vehicles. The dealerships are out of the questions because they are way too expensive and you never know who’s working on your car, perhaps someone different every time. With that being said, I like speaking personally and establishing a relationship with the technician who’s working on my car because I love to learn…
At One Stop Auto, Leo and Michael gives me the «Professional Service» that I require for my hard earn money. They’re attentive, smart and passionate about their work. Leo answer’s all my questions and patiently shows me exactly what is required to get me back on the road. One Stop have been in business for over 20 years in the same location and in my humble opinion, they are the very best Air Condition, Auto Electrical and Auto Repair technicians out there… Other electrical shops consult with them for hard to diagnose problems… True story

I just picked up my car after AC repairs. Unbelievable service and great pricing. Compared to other places I end up paying almost half the price. I got my car back the next day. I will definitely be back. True professionals and honest guys. Leo is great to deal with.

Came in on a Saturday morning to get an estimate on my intermittent problem with 3 out 4 of my door locks. I left for about an hour to get breakfast and I got a call that they found what the problem. They needed to replace the all of the lock assemblies for the 3 doors having problems. The dealer wanted to charge $ 800/​per door to fix the locks. Leo charged me much less than that and he gave the car top priority. All of the locks on the 3 doors were replaced in less than 6 hours (it was a lot of work). Leo also gave me 30 days on the parts and labor.
The people at One Stop Electrical were very professional. They did not want to get me a blind quote. They had me bring the car in to do a proper diagnosis. The cost for the estimate was very reasonable and it would be applied to the work to be done.
I will be back to have them do some custom fog light work.

This place seems like a huge rip off, showed up asked how much for a compressor replacement, with a compressor I bought already just needed to be swapped out and was quoted $ 400! And was told if it doesn’t work it’s not their problem, I also asked if they could diagnose the problem maybe it might not be the compressor and was told there’s a charge for that as well. Then asked how much to take out all the freon in the vehicle and was quoted $ 80!
I left got on the phone and called a different AC shop, asked about the charge to take out the freon and was told no charge! Asked about the compressor problem and was told to come down to take a look at it. Showed up and within 10 mins diagnosed the problem was told the compressor wasn’t the problem it was the condenser that just needed to be replaced which is an easy fix for a weekend mechanic.
Overall at the other shop I went to I spent nothing and found the solution
Where as at this place I was going to get ripped off. The owner or manager or whatever of the shop doesn’t seem like the honest mechanic you want to do business with, is just out there for the money instead of actually helping a customer, will never go back to this place and I highly advise no one else go here either don’t waste your money or time here!

I was referred by Hrant from Hrant Auto Service. Mike is a wonderful person! He is friendly, caring and very professional. My air conditioner compressor exploded in my Honda CRV. Their price for the extensive work done was unbeatable– it could have easily set me back a couple thousand dollars and it didn’t. My impression of Mike and Leo was that they were more concern with the safety of my car than trying to make money from the repairs. Mike took the time to show me the parts that were removed from the car and explained the work that was done. All the work is under warranty. I am very impressed and feel truly blessed to have been referred to these guys– they are honest and do their work with integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Mike is awesome! I am an engineering college student and he helped me out with an alternator so I could figure out how it works mechanically. Very good service… he cares about students and the community. Go see him!

What they do: anything to do with electrical issues like A/​C, power windows, power door lock, seat doesn’t slide back, alternator, lights, etc.
Just because they are the only place in town that work on auto electrical doesn’t make them forget their manners or common decency. They proved to be honest and forthcoming. Was referred to them by Hrant Auto (Thanks Hrant!). My front right headlight was out and I had brought it to Liberty Tires prior for a simple lightbulb assessment but left for a second opinion because they wanted to charge me about $ 700 to get it rewired & replaced. Umm… no thanks, my car isn’t old, hasn’t been in any accidents or parked near the ocean or in questionable neighborhoods (always in gated garages) so there is no reason for rewiring. So I went to One Stop Auto Electrical for a second opinion. The owner/​mgr promptly greeted me and assigned an electrician to take a look. I watched his every step as it was my first time there and we’ve yet to build trust. The electrician showed me the disconnected wire had been clean-​cut and not a wear n’ tear situation. He quickly resolved it by stripping a bit of the wire, reattached connection and wielded it securely together with something additional. I started the engine for him to check to see if connection was made; it worked! And he noticed my turn signal was out so the owner/​mgr told him just replace it (free of charge). I said ‘thank you’ but let me pay you for the bulb too. Ended up only needing to pay a nominal fee for the rewiring. It’s so nice to see a small business uphold integrity, kindness and prioritize customers as human beings who need help. Not for a moment were they disrespectful nor did I feel like I was dealing with people who are over-​complicating things to make a buck.

One Stop Auto is a great location! Mike and his team are great people, they are honest and fair with pricing, and do a great job in their work. This place was recommended by Hrant (another great place!) after they were not able to fix what was wrong with my fiancé’s car. One Stop Auto had it done within a few hours for a very reasonable price. When we met with Mike, he went over everything they did and gave us some suggestions for her. This is a great location and I will use them again.

My 2005 tahoe was in an auto accident about 5 years ago and the A/​C hasn’t run since. Was recommended by my parents to take it down. They did an excellent job diagnosing the issues and giving me a fair price. Mike called mid service and informed me that there was a short that had melted a wire. He fixed the problem quickly and now my A/​C works amazingly well.

Was recommended by Hrant Auto. I was having some electrical issues. Lights turning on and off randomly and slow start. Tried taking it to Honda of Pasadena, which was a joke. They told me there was nothing wrong with my electrical. That my alternator was good, my battery was fine and my wiring was fine. So… I took it to One Stop. Nice guys. Got me in right away. Came early in the AM and they even gave me a ride to the rental car place. By 11am I got a call that I needed a new alternator, battery and wires in my charging system. Everything Honda said I didn’t need. Had to keep it overnight, but now my car runs perfect. And the price was lower than I expected. Super honest people. I would come back if for sure.

After reading reviews on Unilocal,decided this was a good place to take my son’s Jeep Liberty for a diagnosis. Car has 155K miles on it and the AC runs intermittently. Took the car in and Leo was very quick to provide an estimate. Work was done promptly. When we went to pick up the car with the new compressor, there was a concern with some kind of leak. Leo was apologetic as he had just tested the system. He asked if he could keep the car a little longer. He was thorough in running additional tests and finding an issue with the fan relay, which he took care of replacing.
Friendly, honest, fair and knowledgable! Highly recommended.

Short version: A/​C fan blower motor went bad. Took car to One Stop. A clean and neat shop. 3 hours later new fan/​blower installed and A/​C working good as new. No up sell, no bla blad bla, no this and that, no BS. Problem solved at fair price for parts and work performed. Would recommend to others.

Recommended by Pasadena Pep Boys, this place was the 4^th place I went to diagnose my battery dying overnight if I didn’t drive 30+ miles everyday. I tried the dealership, another auto electrical specialty shop, and two general auto shops, and no one could tell me what the issue was.
I’m so glad I followed up on this referral. The folks were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and fast. Within a few hours they diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate. Once I gave the go-​ahead, they serviced the car AND kept it overnight just to be sure they had gotten it right. Quality of service was the highest. Thorough, fair, and intelligent, I highly recommend them!

Yes, car repair costs money. This is money well spent!
About 2 years ago, I had shorted out my electric windows and door locks by allowing rain to drip into the controls overnight. Who knew it would rain on the one night I didn’t roll up the windows?
Anyway, Hrant Auto (the best mechanic IMHO) recommended this shop and their work was superb, efficient and worth every penny. They fixed the problem, cleaned up after the work, cleaned up the fuse box and put in new fuses for all the circuits, and just did a great job.
Now last weekend, my car’s battery was dead after a week of sitting parked at my house. Long story shortened… towed to Hrant, diagnosed as the AC compressor continued to run after the car was turned off, One Stop PICKED UP my car at Hrants, diagnosed, and replaced the AC system in the car by 4 pm the next day. I didn’t NEED the whole system replaced but I chose to go with that since I drive a LOT and I love a reliable car with good AC.
The cost equaled about 2 months of a car payment for a car that has been paid off for years and has 200K plus miles on it.
I am completely satisfied with their work, their honesty, their amazingly clean shop and work ethic. These guys are good. I highly recommend them for automotive electric and air conditioning repair and maintenance.

I appreciated that they only work on A/​C units and have created a niche for themselves. Makes me confident in their ability to handle any a/​c-​related issue.
Leo was very thorough and timely in handling the diagnosis of my car as well as fixing it.
