Dr. Lee is a native of the San Gabriel Valley. One of the few Naturopathic Doctors in this region of Los Angeles, he has put together a team of practitioners to offer the best naturopathic and integrative medicine solutions to the surrounding communities. His clinics sees and treats many patients with different conditions ranging from acute to chronic conditions with natural therapies. I recently saw Dr. Lee for what had been diagnosed by my Kaiser doc as «bursitis». The kaiser doc insisted that I take antibiotics even after drawing fluid out of my knee that clearly wasn’t infected. I refused the antibiotics and went to Dr. Lee who simply drained the fluid and injected liquid ozone into my knee. Within a few hours the swelling was gone and my knee was back to normal! Woo Hoo! Dr. Lee is awesome. I didn’t have to take unnecessary antibiotics and my knee healed in record time.
Since then I’ve also used Dr. Lee’s excellent use of Prolotherapy for my back with great results.

My wife has been seeing Dr. Dana Churchill for over 6 months. He’s a blessing. We couldn’t be any happier with the results of his treatment.
My suffered from an extremely slow thyroid and she had been taking thyroid medication for over 10 years. We saw several doctors and tried everything we could so that she could have a normal life. But there were challenges. There were days where she couldn’t get out of bed. She gained weight and she suffered from major mood swings. But my wife wasn’t lazy. She barely ate to try to control her weight but it didn’t work. She tried to workout to increase her activity and relieve stress but nothing worked, except for the pills that she took.
We saw several traditional doctors and all their treatments were the same, more pills and surgery to remove the thyroid. All of them seemed like they didn’t understand what my wife was going through. But then we met Dr. Churchill.
In our first meeting, we saw that he was different. He immediately understood what my wife was going through and it was as if he was finishing her sentences when she described what she felt. He treatment was irregular, consisting of a complete change of diet and lifestyle. As difficult as it was for my wife, she stuck with the program and 6 months later, she’s lost 25 pounds (without doing any exercise) and she’s the same woman I met 9 years ago, full of energy and joy. Best of all, she’s even off of her thyroid mediation.
If you decide to work with Dr. Churchill, the best advice I can give is to stick with his plan. We’re all human and we may want to have a cheat day but don’t do it. It can be challenging but listen to what he says. He’s not about giving you a prescription to give you a pill that will mask your problem. He’s about prescribing a treatment that will fix you forever.

Excellent medical care from Dr. Eric Wong and Dr. Clement Lee!
I was badly injured from a car accident. I have been to over 10 medical providers and these two heavy weights are by far the most effective.
Dr. Wong: I’ve been around the block with Chiropractors… Not only have I found 99% of them to be ineffective, they focus more on marketing and taking your money upfront. I’ve been ripped off and it’s a terrible feeling especially when you go around from provider to provider seeking relief from chronic pain. Dr. Wong is compassionate, thorough and effective.
Dr. Clement Lee: Opened up my eyes to a different and more effective approach to medicine. Out of desperation I tried PRP Therapy for my lumbar in lieu of an epidural and surgery. To date, this has been the most effective treatment that has given my life back. I just wish he did STEM CELL THERAPY ;)
I am truly thankful to all the Optimal staff for aiding in my recovery. The first day I came to the office I could barely walk and had to take the elevator. 12 weeks later I was learning how to job again after 6 months of being bedridden. Tremendous care!

I don’t usually review unless I’m super upset and furious. So this review deserves more than 5 stars if I’m compelled to review! I’v had knee problems since about 4 years ago. I’ve seen doctors, but none could really help. They seem to say it’s part of growing old, naturally, bones and joints deteriorate. Then I learned of PRP treatment from another health spa. But the price is hefty, and I need to save up for it cos insurance won’t cover it. Thanks to the B-​12 offer this establishment had, I came in for B-​12 and found out they did PRP, but my!!!, for a fraction of the cost! When there is such a big price difference, I get nervous too… you rarely get good deals… I mean… anywhere I usually go, you get what you paid for. But I know from the B-​12 shots and speaking with the staff, the price difference is so so so huge, I am willing to give it a shot. So if it doesn’t work, at least I won’t lose much. I only has to try 1. I am so glad I did!!! Wow! After 4 years and getting worst and the pain getting in the way of my sports activity, I am just very thrilled, ecstatic and elated!.I don’t have to use my arm to pull myself out of the car, or the dining table anymore! This is just 1 treatment! It’s so rare and unusual to find such a good business who also charges an affordable price. And best part, I did not have to wait long for my appt on the day of.
So for the one time this place is out of whack for their appt time (based on their 1 star review), I think all of us run into some kind of emergencies sometimes, a little forgiveness would be humane. Lol

First off, I’d like to say Dr. Lee worked wonders on me. I initially went to see him after I returned from my trip to Japan in January 2011. My knee had taken a turn for the worse. He was very patient and understanding and after several tests and questions he ended up aligning me and almost instantly the pain in my right tibia bone was pain free. I ended up going back to visit him for an alignment and injection shots July 2015 and the injection shots have been amazing. I highly recommend him for anyone who’s suffering from pain related issues.

When I 1st started coming in for my routine b12 shots, I was always greeted by Eddie. He was awesome but I guess he moved on to pursue massage therapy (good for him). Now Chris administers my Honey Badger and other injections. He and Tara are nice, comfortable to deal with and makes sure I’m in & out. I come during my lunch breaks and I’m usually in a hurry. All the staff are efficient and friendly. Dr. Churchill is very knowledgeable as well as personable.
The Honey Badger is an awesome pick-​me-​up. When I’m feeling groggy, tired or its just close to the weekend and I need a boost… the Honey Badger is my Go To. I just tried one of their IV treatments (Hydrogen Peroxide) for an infection. It’s been less than 24 hrs. but it seems to be working. The herbal tincture the dr. prescribed is nasty as hell but also seems to be doing its job. He also bagged up some Goldenseal for me to brew but i think i should have passed on that because when I got home I realized I already had some in one of my many herb jars. It was a much pricier than what I pay for it too but then again I order in bulk and get them at wholesale prices. I’d love to try more of their treatments and would recommend you to as well.

Dr Lee is awesome! I was diagnosed with gastritis and hiatal hernia which caused major problems to my stomach and well being. I was given ppi’s (nexium omeprazole) by other dr’s which seem to make my stomach worse. Found Dr Lee and he gave me natural medicines which helped immediately. I’m no longer on any ppi’s and I feel great. While treating me for my stomach problems he also helped with my joint pain and weight issues. I’m the lightest I’ve been since jr high school and feel great. Thank You Dr Lee and Dr Andrea A+ people

Do NOT buy a Groupon here! YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY! Spent $ 129 for a Groupon for 25 B12 shots. Made an appointment for two successive Tuesdays in a row. The two appointments were fine, although I noticed NO patients there… Hmmm… Made another appointment yesterday for 2:30 pm today, CONFIRMED with «Chris» who said he was an M.A. at their office (whatever that is). Got there at 2:10. Door locked. Only a sign on the door said «Walk-​ins for B12 appointments from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, closed Saturday and Sunday.» Waited in the hallway till 2:35. TELEPHONED. No answer, left a message. Got back in my car, did an errand. 2:50, called again. No answer, left a message. Returned home to Echo Park. All that gas wasted. Telephoned from home at 3:20 pm, STILL no answer, left a message I wanted my money back. Now the «office manager» calls me to tell me, «Oh, Chris doesn’t work here. He’s an extern. He never relayed the message about your appointment to me. I was at lunch and my son had an emergency at school.» Oh, really? No sign on the door, «Out to lunch. Out on emergency»? I asked for my money back. «Sorry, we don’t refund Groupons. You have to get your money back from Groupon.» So, my friends, if you want a fly-​by-​night that has NO legitimate office hours, and has «non-​employees» scheduling appointments – except they just hang up the phone and laugh because they enjoy punking you – waste your money here. I’ll repost to let you know if Groupon refunds me or if I have to go to small claims court.
UPDATE: Emailed Groupon and within one hour, got a full refund as a «Groupon Credit,» so I can buy a Groupon for the B12 shots at an establishment that has posted business hours (not a scotch-​taped paper on the door), and which is actually OPEN during the posted business hours, and doesn’t have an «office manager» who indicts the client for being a moron because the client didn’t know that the disembodied voice who answered the phone, «Optimal Health!» and made an appointment and confirmed the appointment three times was NOT an employee, so Optimal Health is therefore not responsible for the non-​appointment made by a phantom.

I have had some colon issues for the past few years. I also injured my back, and have had on going pain for a long time. I’ve tried conventional medication and I’ve seen many doctors. The traditional medication has way too many side effects. The medications the specialists and MD’s prescribed with all the side effects provide short term relief.
I decided to take a different approach and found Dr Lee at Optimal Health & Wellness in Pasadena. After doing some research online and reading some amazing reviews on his Monterey Park Location where he has been providing alternative medicine I decided to meet for a consultation.
He was very professional, along with his staff. Dr. Lee did my Blood test personally and in a few weeks I had the full results. He provided IV bags with different natural additives that helped with my colon inflammation. I can say 3 IV bags per week seems to almost completely block my bowel issues and pain.
I am also doing something called prolotherapy which involves an injection into a joint space, weakened ligament, or tendon insertion to relieve lower back pain.
If you are looking for a great NMD in Pasadena Dr. Clement Lee is amazing Natural Doctor. He really cares about his patients and spends time one on one to determine what the best solution is to relieve pain and healing. The office is also very nice and comfortable.

I had the chance to work along side of him and doesn’t just treat you but most importantly educates you always giving you the utmost best care you can ask for.
