Usually my experience is good never a problem. I don’t eat at panda unless I have to or if a friend wants to go. Today came in at around 1pm. I always get Fried Rice Kungpao chicken and broccoli beef. Today’s food was fairly bland. All of the above. Rice was not seasoned no flavor er at least worse than usual. Kungpao chicken and broccoli beef felt watered down and not flavorful at all. Used to be really enjoyable. Hopefully this is a one time deal or maybe a new chef made a mistake? PS Kungpao chicken did not look the same as in the sauce was not the normal dark color it used to be.

Thought I’d stop here and get something(on the go), being that I saw no line and was in a big rush. When I entered, no one acknowledged me and already 2 minutes had passed(with me standing and waiting for help). I asked if someone would be helping me and a man waved his hand at me without turning his head around. I ended up walking out due to no one helping me or saying hello. I realize that the staff was busy with a large take-out order. That was clear since it was in plain sight. But the food is already prepared and ready to go. They could have sent me on my way within 1 or 2 minutes but they completely ignored me. There were probably 4 guys on staff. Some walked right passed me. Not one word. Very disappointed since I love Panda Express every once in a while.

This is my second time ordering food from this Panda Express. Their online ordering system is great and easy to use but both times after I got there, my food wasn’t ready for pick up. I also got sick both times after eating their food, Normally I get chowmein with orange chicken. I noticed the portion of chickens in orange chicken are too small, the rest is the big chunk of nasty breading around it. I don’t know if I ll stop eating Panda Express but for sure not coming here again.

I cannot praise Panda Express enough. I come here literally every weekend, and I’ve probably had Panda Express between 20 and 30 times. I LOVE it. If you acknowledge that it’s not 100% authentic chinese food, and just eat it to appreciate how FREAKINGDELICIOUS it is(not to mention how VALUE it is), you will have a good time. Seriously. With the Caltech discount, it’s so cheap and so filling. I would come here every day if I didn’t have a meal plan already associated with my school. EDIT: I also want to mention how the people there are always really friendly and really nice, and they pack so much food into your plate it’s so awesome. Anthony is the best!

I tried to use the online ordering system to order for pick up in the store since this store is always super crowded. The website kept freezing up everytime and I could not complete my order, using my iPad. Very frustrating. Gave up and went somewhere else.

No thanks. The fun is just your average chinese fast food. The price is decent for what you get but it is not on my list of places to go.

It’s Panda Express so it is what it is. I’ve been a few times when I want something quick but sometimes the food looks like it’s been sitting there for a while:(. I leave when it looks bad but when it looks semi fresh I get some grub. It’s fast, efficient, cheap, and the employees are all really nice. They have free parking in the back. Plenty of seats inside and some outside in the front. Even if the line is long, it moves fast so don’t let that deter you even if you’re in a hurry:)

I gave it one start cause it was quite. Was in At 6:30pm the choices look unappealing I asked if they would cook some more walnut shrimp they said there was plenty left I had the orange chicken which was very dry and had ½ noodles which was burned and steam rice was very dry. Will continue going to South Fair Oaks

This place is disgusting, I gave it a chance and as I start chewing on my food what do you know hair! They don’t even wear hair nets. Yuck!

Food is good, but every time I come around the dinner hour, they are always out of something and I have to wait 15 – 20 minutes. This is a fast food restaurant. Its not just 1 or two times– but every time I arrive they are fresh out of Beijing Beef or the Teriyaki chicken. Its enough to drive someone crazy.

I’m never going back. I had the Orange chicken, chow Mein and sweet and sour soup. Everything tasted fine but a few hours later I became severely ill. I had food poisoning from Panda Express! The reason I know it was from Panda Express and not somewhere else is because I was moving that day and it literally was the only thing I ate. I became so dehydrated from the food poisoning I had to be rushed to the hospital that night. The doctors confirmed what it was and said the particular strain of bacteria I ingested was from«unsanitary food». So think twice before going to Panda Express. I wouldn’t wish food poisoning on ANYONE.

In my opinion the absolute best place to eat Chinese food. I know that many people would argue the fact that it is a chain, not authentic etc. but hey that’s me. I love Kung pap chicken, black pepper chicken, orange chicken from Panda. This particular location was great too, quick and easy transaction. Very very good. Yummy

Since I had that one bad experience, I haven’t really had any other bad experiences here. So I figured it is only fair to update my review. Since then, it has been much more like every other panda, good quick food when you are in a rush like I can be many times. The only thing I would note is that sometimes they are out of teriyaki chicken and if that is the case, you have to wait roughly 10 minutes for them to have more ready. More times than not, I have had to wait roughly 10 minutes for it.

A good choice for a fast bite. Orange chicken is what I always get whenever I come here. The portions are okay but they shouldn’t be so calculated. It is fun to read those fortune cookies.

IFYOULIKEBUGS… COMEONDOWN! Bothers me they didn’t immediately pull the batch or even look like they were going to.

A decent sized Panda Express with plenty of seating for the busy lunch rush. They have the standard two panda chef set up, so they can pretty much make an item in 3 – 4 minutes if they are out or you want a fresh batch. The just introduced an iPhone app to order ahead through an express cashier pick up. If you try it now, you get one item free. Plenty of street paid parking or free for As limited time in the back. They also have their own small lot but it always full.
