However, at Public Cellarage we make sure those are not problems for you when storing your wine at our facility. Not only do we make certain that the ideal environment is constantly maintained, we have installed a state-​of-​the-​art security system to protect your investment.

Our temperature and humidity controlled facility provides ideal storage conditions for wine. A constant temperature of 55 degrees, and a relative humidity of 70% is maintained. The temperature and humidity controls are set up on a monitoring system which alerts any change. The specially designed vaults keep your bottles from exposure to UV rays.

Many wines (especially reds) will improve with age. This, coupled with the fact that wine is usually more affordable when purchased by the case means that any wine enthusiast will need to store some wine for some length of time.
