Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken

I came in and got a family meal deal. 10 piece with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits. When she was getting our chicken together, I stated i didn’t want any small pieces she was giving us. They were literally wings and wing sized drumsticks. She said ok and finished the order. Little did I know, she gave us half drumsticks. Now, these drumsticks were seriously about as big as a buffalo wing. I am on my way to return the food. There’s no way you can feed a family when you are given 5 buffalo wing sized drumsticks and a few thighs. «Yoyoana» helped me when I returned this order. She said she was manager but didn’t exemplify any managerial qualities. She just say there and listened and I didn’t hear one apology or anything for the poor service. Nor did I hear her ask me what she could be done to better help the situation.

Waited 10 minutes before being able to order drive thru. Poor girl was working alone. She threw in a free pie for my wait. Nice of her.

I like chicken. I like their biscuits. This is a very small location in Pasadena. Expect the same service as any other Popeye’s chicken.
