Robert, the previous owner, and Tom deliver excellency, whether it’s mailing packages, tracking stuff across the world, juggling notary business and P.O. boxes, or advising you on the best way to get something from A to B. I had to ship a significant amount of delicate sentimental keepsakes and family china to Texas just before Christmas. Tom and his helper did a perfect job and everything arrived without any breakage. I highly recommend this place for shipping needs.

BEWARE of this business! I walked in here today to get postage stamps because the line at the post office a couple of store fronts down was packed. I bought 3 books of stamps, thinking that the price seemed high but had no idea that a business can charge you more for federal stamps. He had charged me $ 15/​book (normally $ 9.80). I went back for a refund and stated on the customer satisfaction email that I thought he should have told me that there was a 50% markup on the normal price. This was his immediate response: «Sorry you felt that way. Too bad everything in life isn’t free. Next time you should nickel and dime a restaurant to on their cost too. Have a great holiday.» Someone this unprofessional does not deserve your business.

Needed notary services completed and it was completed extremely quickly and knowledgeably by Tom. Great location, efficient service, and expected pricing for a non-​franchise ship center.
Tom is working extremely hard to make the business run and he does so at lightning speed on par with a busy New Yorker. Californians might not be used to his speed, but there’s nothing rude about it. I rather respected his hard work. It was faster and better than any UPS Store I’ve been to. It was also much better than the last notary I went to in Beverly Hills which was tiny and uncomfortable, plus the owner/​notary public in BH was foreign with an accent and seemed less knowledgeable than Tom about notary services. Tom is perfectly American with no accent and perfect communication skills. He did seem stressed, possibly overworked, but it could have been from the season or from the transition from the old management.

I went in for the notary service on Sunday and everything went extremely smoothly. I called ahead of time just to check and received confirmation that the notary, who happens to be the manager, was available. There was plenty of parking when I pulled up and attained the signatures I needed in just a few minutes. Couldn’t ask for anything else

My Go-​To-​One-​Stop-​Shop for all my Shipping/​Notary/​Scanning needs. Extraordinary customer service. I stopped going to US Postal Service which is in the same shopping center after sending out my first Fedex package with Tom 2 months ago. I’ll be back.

If I can leave 0 stars I would. They don’t take big packages. I brought in my Ruelala package and they sorry we don’t take big packages. I’ve always gone to drop off location stores like this and they’ve always taken any sizes but never limited me based on size.

Corrected, when I walked in the store this Asian guy said what you want then I said I have a package to drop off and he said rudely that we don’t take large packages. He didn’t tell me he didn’t take USPS packages over 13 oz until after this review. However you just stated that I was partially correct that you do not take USPS packages over 13 oz. I’ve been to many postal service shops Iike yours and have always taken USPS packages over 13 oz. not once I have been turned down. So yes my review was partially correct that you didn’t take my USPS package that was over 13 oz but due to your miscommunication. Also this Asian guy at the counter is super rude as what the other bad reviewers had mentioned. I would avoid this place.

Amazing. Done and done. Just walked in, stated what I needed shipped where and Tom helped me get it done for the best price possible. No hassle, no waiting, no gimmicky-​trying-​to-​get-​me-​to-​pay-​for-​pricier options. Just took care of business. Copies keys too! One stop shopping. This store is under new ownership & shouldn’t have to inherit any of the negative comments from the past owners actions or behavior.
The new owner Tom is awesome & will take care of anything you need. You won’t be dissatisfied with Tom. He is the Salt of the Earth, a fine young man with a Heart of Gold!!! I’ve had a mailbox here for over 20 years & Tom is like a breadth of fresh air!!!

No one likes a shipping emergency and nothing possibly is more stressful, but the new Owner Tom I believe switched our frown upside down. First he contacted the driver of the last pick up of the week that he had one last package that couldn’t be missed! Then he very knowledgeably picked the correct box size which he explained he could cut down to a more accurate size, just that width was most important I
Determining the correct shipping box. He also gave us all the shipping prices for the days we asked. While helping us so diligently, he also managed to help a lady after Us in a timely and kind manner. He wasn’t able to help the lady. With her key copy, but thoughtfully pointed to a poster he already had up with another key company that would be able to help her. Tom offered us a cold bottle of water because it was a hot day. How sweet of him! He did forget to tell us we got 10% off for checking in on Unilocal,but apologized profusely for forgetting. We will most definitely be coming back to ship any future packages!!!

Worst customer service ever. I mean if you own the place, maybe you should be a little less rude to your customers. Damn, they charge for everything. I brought my own packaging and unfortunately I forgot packing take. The tape was right next to me and I asked the guy if I can use it. He straight up said, «NO, I charge a dollar.» I’m like fine whatever just charge me the dollar then. I should have read all the other reviews before coming here but I had to mail my item fast and this place was conveniently located next to Vons and Luciano restarante. So unfortunately I had no choice but to come here.

This is place was awesome! I had my shipment lost by UPS and this location was able to locate and have it forwarded to me. This store is your one stop shop when you want to ship or mail out anything you need. I had my Mail box here for years and never had better service.
I saw so many negative comments made by misinformed customers. Over and over again about stamps being overcharged etc. Stamps are sold at one price from USPS, there is no wholesale no bulk pricing for anyone. If you need stamps go to the post office, if you buy stamps anywhere else it’s the convenience fee of avoiding the huge line at post office and these stores need to sell at profit. Even Wells Fargo sells stamps from their ATM machines at 30% markup. I can’t believe how many people left bad reviews when it was them being misinformed. Unilocal should really have some way to discredit or measure intelligence of its Unilocalers.
Ignore all the bad reviews, this place is the best.

Needed a package shipped right away and went to this place. My package was delivered quickly and my friend who received the package said the item made it to NY in perfect condition!
The man who packed and sent my package was really nice and even gave me a bottled water because it was so hot outside! Will definitely be back soon

I was across the street at the hospital and had to get a document notarized and mailed urgently. I had found this business on Unilocal and despite the not-​so-​stellar reviews, I decided to get my urgent business done here because it was the closest place. As I walked up to the place, I saw the «under new management» banner hanging out in the front. I was helped by Tom, the new owner, who was very professional and helpful. He was quick but very thorough and answer several questions I had without missing a beat. The space is really clean and you can tell that Tom has put in a lot of work to get the place looking sharp and up-​to-​date.
I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews on Unilocal normally, but I wanted to let everyone know that Post Pack & Ship is under a new management and thought they deserved a good review from a very satisfied customer. I’m not local to the area, but if I’m in the area in need of any notary public or shipping related service, I’ll be stopping by here again.
